Hi lol

This method is probably the most famous method of all, bc it's easy and it works probably for everyone


-for this one, you have to be really tired, like half asleep, bc this is a sleeping method

-listen subliminals, there are also some only for the Raven method

-drink water (1-2 cups right before trying to shift), meditate and do things you're sure will make you relaxed

-if you feel enough relaxed, lay into starfish position (your legs and arms can't touch, just try to look like

) and if you have small bed, lay on the floor

-don't fucking move

-count from 1 to 100 and say in your head ,,I have shifted'' after every number or how you'd like

example: 1 2 3 4 I have shifted 5 6 7 8 I have shifted 9 10 11 12 I have shifted...

-visualize you in your DR, think about some scenes from your DR, try to imagine things from your look

-try to don't think about your CR body, don't feel the blanket on your body, and it'll be automatical if you'll think about it, so don't worry

-if you reach 100 and you still aren't shifted, count from 100 back to 1

-don't open your eyes if you'll feel itches, touches or dizzy feeling, tics or even feel like you float. It's absolutely ok, that are signs you're on your way to DR

-in the moment you fall asleep you're shifted, you may see bright lights and shapes and feel bit tired
