Hi my dear friend
When I heard about this method, I cried like people in 1662. And I don't know why, I'm not that sensitive. But anyways, this is my favourite method, bc the first time I almost shifted, I used this method.
-This is a sleeping method, so make sure you're very tired and relaxed
-Imagine yourself in elegant clothes
-You're in big ass room, where's really lot of talking people
-There's some area without any people right infront of you. Imagine a grand piano at the end (it can be also in the middle of the room, wherever you want)
-This piano can be smaller, bigger, open or closed, white, brown or black - it doesn't matter
-Go. While you're walking, people slowly stop talking and they're looking who is that (I mean you)
-Don't look at the people, look at the piano and feel you're getting closer and closer
-Sit on the chair and start playing. I highly recommend Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy
-When you finish the song, stand up
-Every person starts clapping, they are very happy and there's a really loud applause
-You say something like 'Thanks, but now it's time to go home!'
-There's someone important from your DR, anywhere, he/she/they can be next to your piano or one of people in the room, it doesn't matter
-Imagine this person walking to you, grabbing your hand and leading you to the door, which continue to second great hall
-There are really lot of another black doors with silver handles, but you're focused to the only one brown door with golden handle
-Person from your DR opens the door
-Behind door is kinda bright white light
-You walk to the bright white light without person from DR and you hear some voice that says 'Are you sure you wanna go to your DR?'
-You say 'Yes'
-The voice says 'So welcome home!!'
-Try to fall asleep while repeating affirmations and still see the light
Now you're shifted!!
