Similar to Maestro and Nomad, the Air Propulsion Camera is a device that can set on any flat surface working like a regular camera but the kicker is that once the camera opens, Emil can activate an air Propulsion that can send anyone nearby flat on their rear-end though this can only be done once per camera."

BACKGROUND
Emil Wagner was born to parents who were athletes in their prime, Emil became a very child being proficient in any extracurricular activities. He was considered a world class athlete as a teenager and developed a very competitive drive, nobody wanted to succeed more than him which was the perfect attitude for the sport he played being rugby. He did become a pro rugby player but left as he lost interest in the sport and decided to enlist in the German military.

Emil relished during his time in the military loving every second of his time there, he did eventually join the KSK improving his already impressive skills being one of the unit's more skillfully diverse operators. As he got older he began desiring fatherhood so overtime he got into a relationship and tried having a child but oddly enough his girlfriend never became pregnant despite the fact they were both in their early thirties.

Emil did see a doctor and learned that he was actually infertile which significantly hurt Emil's confidence but to make things worse, his girlfriend would dump him after she learned this. Emil after these events wasn't the same, his confidence had taken a massive hit and began having doubts about being in a relationship again but still remained committed to the military.

PSYCHOLOGICAL
"Emil gives the term social butterfly a whole new meaning, he was very open for a good amount of our session displaying the confidence I've heard so much about. Despite his confidence, he isn't overconfident by any means as he says overconfidence can ruin someone no matter the work place and used rugby as an example as many young players get too full of themselves.

Emil prides himself in being a mentor and I can see why as he tends to be more softer and forgiving when mentoring someone younger and less experienced. His way of mentorship is often mistaken to be as if he's a father which he isn't for obvious reasons. When I asked about his infertility, he was understandably reluctant to discuss the topic but he informed me that there's nothing more he hates than him being infertile as he's been made fun of for this so he keeps that info strictly to himself or superiors such as me.

I did ask if he's seen doctors about this and he says he hasn't and doesn't plan to as he no longer desires to have children of his own as his infertility makes him doubt his significant other would be understanding but he is perfectly fine being a father figure to his nephews which made me glad that he does have a source of happiness."
