I open my mouth and throw some popcorn into it. "You honestly eat like a pig." Aurora cringes.

"I do not." I giggle with food in my mouth. Despite Aurora having breast cancer, she wasn't letting that affect her mood.

"Wait, explain to me why they got turned into bears?" Vincenzo asks, frustrated.

"I'm pretty sure a witch turned them both into a bear." Aurora answers.

"No!" Emily and I say in unison.

"You've not even been watching this movie have you?" Emily sighs.

He rolls his eyes and rests his head on my shoulder. "Let's leave before something sad happens and you and Emily start crying." He mutters.

"No." I told him, not moving an inch from Aurora's couch.

"I want us to drive around for a bit then we can come back. I promise." He smiles holding my hands.

Contemplating on his suggestion, I give in to his begging and get up from the couch. "We'll be back!" I yell walking out of the house with Vincenzo.

We get into the car and he turns it on immediately. "Is something bugging your mind?" I ask as we begin driving.

He sighs quietly. "I'm worried about Aurora. She's not taking this whole breast cancer thing seriously." He explains not taking his eyes off the road.

"I'm sure she doesn't want to worry you whenever you're around." I suggest holding his hand that was on the stick shift.

He looks at me and smiles briefly before turning his attention back to the road. "I actually wanted to drive you somewhere." He confesses smiling like a small schoolboy talking to his crush.

"Where?" I ask, raising a brow.

"It's a surprise."

He leads me carefully to the path covering my eyes. "Can I open them? This is so cliche." I groan.

"I thought you liked cliche?"

"No, I wasn't that much of a fan. They were so predictable." I confess. "Let me open my eyes." I whine like an annoying child.

He slowly moved his hands and I looked around and see a dimly lit playground, which was surprisingly empty due to how beautiful it was.

"Why is it so empty?" I question looking at him.

"Because I bought it for myself. My parents brought me here a lot with my siblings so when I turned 18 I bought it for myself" He explains holding me tightly.

"Each colour represents each family member that dies. My mom reminded me of white because of how pure she was." He further explains.

"Are you planning on killing me?" I ask scared but he just chuckles.

"Why would you think that. I wanted us to do one for Luca. There are paint buckets and brushes in my trunk." He explains.

He follows behind me as we walk to the trunk of his car. It opens and I see a ton of paint. If Aurora has taught me anything, it's what different colours stand for.

"I want to do yellow." I say boldly picking up paintbrushes and the colours yellow and white. "Yellow is usually cheerful and happy and goofy. That's Luca." I smile thinking back to all the times he made me smile. "I miss Luca," I whisper allowing a tear to drop from my eye.

"I miss him, too. But this will be our way of saying goodbye to him so he can be free of this torture." He whispers, kissing my hair.

He takes the paint cans as I take the paintbrushes. "Let's paint the hopscotch." I suggest walking towards it.

We begin painting it yellow trying not to cry. Afterwards, we paint the name Luca over it. I smile at the artwork. I've always been shitty at art.

"I know this is probably a horrible time," He begins next to me in the car. "But would you like to make things official and be my girlfriend?" He asks, showing me a necklace that looked more expensive than me.

"You know I'll say yes, but why did you give this expensive necklace?" I question feeling insecure.

"It's to represent how expensive you are. But I mean if I had to compare probably I wouldn't be able to find anything as priceless." He smirks.

I smile at how sweet he was. "Put it on me?" I ask him, turning to face the window.

He pulls me onto his laps as I giggle. He puts it on me from there and admires me. "I love you." He says, confidently.

"What about Claire?" I quiz, destroying the moment.

He cringes at the mention of her name. "She faked the whole pregnancy. During the week you were with Amelia we went to go take an ultrasound together and there wasn't a child. She was just faking all her symptoms and on top of that she was still on her period." He sighs.

"I don't want to go back to Aurora's place. Tell them something came up. I want to go back home with you." I smile kissing his forehead.

"Only if you say you love me back."

I groan in defeat. "I love you, Vincenzo Varallo."

Awwww, cute vibes everywhere.

I miss Luca so much!!! That's a little aesthetic I made for him up there, I hope you like it. It's hard making male aesthetics especially when you have a character like Luca.
