"Keep your eyes shut." He orders as I'm trying to pull his hands away from my eyes.

Frustrated from stubbing my two feet on the steps I'm climbing, I pull his hands down but he brings them back up before I can see anything. "Vincenzo, this is annoying. Just let me see where I'm-,"

I almost trip over one of the steps but Vincenzo catches me. "If you keep on talking you'll break your nose." He spoke picking me up and flinging him over his shoulder. "Keep your eyes shut."

I do as I'm told and only imagine what he has planned for me. He was the type to spoil me but I was the type to not like getting spoiled.

"Il nostro tavolo e pronto, spero." He spoke. [Italian Translation: Our table is ready, I hope]

"Si, Signor Varallo." [Italian Translation: Yes, Mr Varallo]

He walks in with me, over his shoulder. I felt embarrassed as I felt my dress slightly slide up. "Vincenzo, please let me down so I can pull my dress down," I whisper.

"Are you ashamed of everyone seeing!?" He yells causing me to blush.

I use my fists to hit him on the back. "Stop it," I whisper shout, opening my eyes and jumping off of him. I look around to realize we were the only people here. "You took me to a deserted restaurant?" I question.

If it was a deserted restaurant, it sure as hell looked amazing. There was classical music being played in the background, the lights were dimly lit and the fireplace kinda matched the room's red aesthetic, not to mention the roses littered on the floor.

"I love it." I say, still admiring the place. "But where's everyone else?"

"I booked the whole place for you and me. Including the upstairs 'cabin'" He explains making quotation marks on the word 'cabin'. A smile coats my face as I embrace him for a hug.

"I love it," I whisper against his chest. We both take our seats at the table already set. He presses a button and soon a man in a waiter's uniform walks into the room.

"Good Evening, Mr and Mrs Varallo," The man began causing me to blush a little. "I'm Lorani, and I'll be your waiter. I'll help you go through the true experience of Ital-,"

"Grazie, Prenderò la Pasta Con Pomodoro E Basilico per il mio piatto principale e avremo entrambi la panzanella come antipasto. Per il mio drink voglia Cheval Blanc 1947. Tesoro,  what do you want for your main course?" [Italian Translation: Thanks, I'll have pasta for my main course and we'll both have the panzanella as our starter. For my drink I want Cheval Blano 1947.]

I stare at him dumbfounded realizing that's the most Italian I've ever heard him say. I couldn't help but feel turned on. "I-," I glance down at the menu on the table. The first thing on the menu catches my attention. "I'll have the mushroom risotto." I say trying my best to sound Italian which just makes Vincenzo smile.

"And for your drink?"

"Um, whatever he's having." I smile.

He picks up our menus and walks away. I sigh as I can finally be myself.

My eyes wander to Vincenzo's when I realize he's staring at me. I raise a brow a bit confused.

"I could have told you the Mushroom risotto is horrible here." He chuckles.

"I'm sure it's fine." I shrug off. "D'you come here often?"

He nods his head but then proceeds to shake it. "I came here a lot with my family when I was younger and come here for special occasions with Aurora and her family." He explains.

"I've never met Aurora's family, what are they like?"

"Her mom is more or less like my mom. They were sisters after all. Aurora got her blonde hair from her and she got her blue eyes from her dad. Her dad is a pain in the ass though but he's okay at times." He explains. "The never actually travel to visit me anymore because we're all so busy."

I nod my head showing him I understood. "So, am I pregnant?"

He smiles at me. "I'm not telling you until it's your birthday."

I groan rolling my eyes. "Fine,"

"Your antipasto." Lorani informed, walking in with two plates on a tray.
