Rule ideas:
-No swearing🔒
-Do what you're asked the first time
-Clean up after yourself🧹🧼
-Limit amount of sweets per day🧁🍬
-Have a set bedtime🛏
-Always be yourself🤪
-Tell your caregiver when something is wrong
-No self harm🩹
-Eat three nutritious meals a day🥦🍔
-Always hold caregivers hand when crossing the street/in public🥺
-Always be kind😊
-Maintain personal hygiene🧼🪥
-Take meds (if you have any)💊
Note: plz do not punish your little for breaking a rule around self harm. This will make them feel even worse and not trust you. Having a conversation with them and supporting them works much better. You can also try to distract your little with calming activities that make them feel small. Whatever you do, try to keep your cool and not get upset. This will only make your little one feel worse.

Punishments:
