Hi frens, in this chapter I wanted to share some fun ideas of what you can put in your agere bag. An agere bag can be anything you want it to be. It could be a bag you take on special outings with your caregiver, a little pouch you keep inside your regular bag for when you happen to feel small, or even a little stash of items in a purse that you keep at home, with everything you need already inside. It can be anything you like! You can also either have a regular bag that looks more subtle and discreet, or you can choose one that's more fun and kid-like, like I did. This is my cute little mini backpack that I found in the kids clothing section in target:
You can put anything you want in your agere bag, but it should be useful things that are fun and make you feel small. Here are some ideas:
-A paci
-Crayons, markers, or colored pencils
-A coloring or activity book
-Small toys or fidgets
-Some little snackies
-Sensory items like teethers or rattles if you use them
-A sippy cup with your favorite drink (a juice box that doesn't need to be refrigerated is also a great idea)
-Hand sanitizer for if you touch something icky
-Band-aids in case of boo-boos
-A comfort item if you have it, such as a small stuffieAnd that's just a small sample of ideas! Your imagination is the limit!
