Your POV:
I was sitting at my desk doing paperwork as Spencer came in, giving me coffee like he does everyday.

"Thank you, Spence!", I said as he smiled at me and went to his desk.

"Your welcome, my sugar plum!", Spencer replied as we made eye contact. I have a crush on Spence even though we have a flirtatious relationship like Derek and Penelope do.

"Hey, when are y'all gonna date? Because I can't just see you guys as friends anymore.", Derek said with a cup of his own coffee as he sat his desk, which is right in front of mine.

"Hey! We don't complain when you call Penelope your 'good girl'", I said, as Emily and JJ started giggling. Derek shook his head as he smirked. We all stopped laughing a giggling as a man came walking inside the BAU office.

The man looked around then at me. He walked over to me with a smirk.

"Hey, I'm Alex Turner.", Alex said, bringing out his hand for me to shake. I stood up as the team looked at me.

"I'm Y/N Y/L/N! How can I or we help you?", I said as I brought my hand back to my side.

"I'm Aaron Hotchner's nephew and I'm looking for him.", Alex said, looking me up and down.

"Sure, follow me.", I said as we walked up some stairs to Hotch's office.

"His in here just knocked.", I said about to leave.

"Thanks, love.", he said as I turned around to face him and blushed.

"No problem, Alex.", I said as I looked down and smiled. I walked to my desk and continued doing paperwork from a few cases.

Spencer's POV:
I saw that Alex man looking at Y/N butt while walking up the little stairs. I was mad and when Y/N came back she was blushing and smiling.

"Reid, are you ok?", Derek said as he noticed my knuckles turning white from forming my hand into a ball.

"Y-yeah, I'm good.", I said as Y/N looked over to me with a smiled. I resumed my paperwork for some minutes until I heard Hotch's office door open.

"Bye, Alex tell your mom I said hi.", Hotch said as he closed his office door. I saw Alex walking over to Y/N with a big smile. He whispered something in her ear which makes her laughs. I get up from my seat and go to the bathroom with anger.

Your POV:
After Alex went to Hotch's office he comes over to my desk and whispers in my ear.

"Your very pretty, Y/N.", Alex says. I laughed and saw Spencer, with an anger face, walk to the bathroom.

"Thank you, Alex. Your nice yourself but I need to check if Spencer is ok. I'll be right back.", I said as I got up from my office chair and smiled at Alex before I go to the men's bathroom.

I knocked on the door but heard nothing.

"Spencer,", I said as I knocked again. "Are you ok? If your not you can talk to me.", I said through the men's bathroom door. I stepped away as the door opened and I saw a red eye Spencer with his brown hair kinda crazy from pulling on it.

"Spencer, are you ok-", I asked as Spencer embraced me with a hug.

"Do you like him, Y/N, or have a little crush?", Spencer said.

"What do you mean?", I said as we pulled away from each other.

"Him. Alex.", Spencer said as he avoid my eyes and looked at the floor.

"Spencer, no. I don't have a little crush on him.", I said getting my index finger and putting it on Spencer chin, so his eyes can meet mine.

"Good.", Spencer said.

"Why is that good, Spence?", I asked, removing my hand from his beautiful face.

"B-because I love you, Y/N. I always love you.", Spencer replied, looking in my eyes.

"I love you, too. But I like Alex as a friend and you, your more than that.", I said, smiling at the man I love.

"You do?", Spencer said with his hazel eyes.

"Yes, I do.", I replied, looking into his eyes with a big smile, which he happily returned. But then I felt soft lips against mine and it was Spencer's. The kiss was slow, like we had all the time in the world and I love it. My arms went around his neck as his went to my waist. He bit my lip as I moaned quietly.

We pulled away as we heard applause and cheers from the team and even Alex.

"Emily, I told you! Give me my $20 now!", Derek said as Emily rolled her eyes are gave him a $20. Me and Spencer walked over to the team and Alex while holding hands and blushing.

"I knew it was gonna work!", Alex said as he hugged me. Me and Spencer looked at Alex confused.

"What do you mean it worked?", Spencer said.

"I knew that if I made you jealous then you would tell Y/N how you feel!", Alex said.

"Really!?", I said.

"Yup really!", Alex said, proudly.

"But how did you knew we like/love each other?", I asked Alex.

"Oh, my uncle Hotch told me about his work and how you two still didn't know you love each other and how impatient he was for you guys to date.", Alex said as we all laughed together.
