You wake up around 10am and make your way to the kitchen

YN : Jesus .. Good morning to you too , what is ?
Bucky : Sorry i didnt mean to scare you . A good workout
Cap : Thats for sure , care to join us at the gym ?
YN : Sure ill just get changed and ill meet you there
You finish your breackfast and go back to your room to brush your teeth and change clothes.

After getting changed you head to the gym , when you get there you see Steve on the punching bag and Bucky sitting beside him.

Bucky : Look who decided to show up
YN: Very funny , now come one cure my hungover .
Bucky : Very well , start by running with me than you can go to the punching bag with Steve
YN : Sounds good
- You and Bucky head towards the treadmills and start running
You guys do a 30 minute run and then stop
Bucky : Very good , i didnt know you could run like that
YN : Well Hydra obgligated me to train , so I guess I didnt loose my touch
Bucky: Yeah well , lets see about that - Hey Steve! Shes ready
You make your way to the punching bag
Steve : Lets see what you got first and then we'll work from there
YN: Okay
You start by warming up, but punch after punch you start getting confident and start punching harder , until you zone out , its just you and this punching bag and you are letting anger out you didnt even knew you had in you .
Steve and Bucky see this and dont say anything , they just sit there watching you as you let all your anger out
Its not long until you start losing control and tears roll down your eyes as you scream to the bag , seeing this Bucky stops you
Bucky: Hey - hey , thats enough for today - he says as he holds your hands in his - How about you go take a shower and we'll talk uhn?
Yn: Sounds good , sorry for the melt down guys , dont know what got into me
Cap: Hey dont appollozige , its good to let things out every once in a while
You smile to both of them and leave them to chat as you go to take a shower
- cap is now alone with bucky
Cap: did you know she could do that? She distroyed the bag
Bucky: Thats why Hydra tried so hard to hide her . We all saw her potencial.
