I've found out that Donna actually is my mom. Which is kinda nice. I love her so much. And for the first time in my life. I have an loving mother. She made me start train.
As she says:

I've been living with my real mother almost 4 years.
I forgave Diana for what she did. I don't call her mother anymore. Diana gave birth to an little girl named Diara. She's an cutie for sure. I'm glad that I didn't gave up. Damian would be so proud of me right now. I miss him.. But atleast he's in an better place now. In heaven. He was like an big brother which I never had. My mother is pregnant with an baby girl.
We are still thinking what's her name going to be.

I spoke my last words:

My eyes closed, and as I opened them.

Soon I realised that was Damian.
"Damian?"

Diya's funeral
