Getting Kidnapped; Leonardo

I bounced around the market, looking at everything I could. Meeting unique Yokai and buying mysterious items from their stands. Everything seemed so magical as I roamed about.

"You're gonna make me go broke, Y/N!" Leo whined as he followed my happy figure, arms full of the little things that I had bought.

"But there is so much to see!" I cheer, " so much to do!"

He sighs as he drags his feet behind me. The multiple bags cling as they hit each other, making a rhythm as he walked. I turn with a giant smile on my face, holding a large hoodie that had cats on it. Leo rolls his eyes.

"This is the last thing, okay?" I nod happily to this as I take the last of Leo's money and hand it to the stand-keep. I hug the item close as I follow Leo to a small restaurant stand. "Wait here, I'm gonna go home to get some more cash," he says as he opens a portal.

"Okay," I give him a toothy smile as he disappears into the light blue gateway with almost everything we had bought in his hands.

I pull the hoodie over my head, my ears flop over as the fabric glides over it. I put my hands in the pocket as I look around. Watching over the beings doing whatever they wanted. I jump slightly as a hand lands on my shoulder. Turning around, I come face to face with a large beetle man holding a hard stare on my figure. I get a bad feeling as he reeks of the hard iron smell.

"You're comin' with me," he growls at me, his grips tightening to the point where I wince.

I'm not dying today, my mind screams. I instantly stomp on the beetle's foot with my hooved foot, making him screech in pain, letting go of me. I start running away, my feet clicking on the stone street. Turing into the city, I look behind me where I spoot the beetle chasing me with an angry expression playing on his face. My heart drops as he starts to gain distance between us.

Shit, shit, shit! No, no, no! Go away! Everything tenses up as I start to speed up, tears well in my eyes from the dry air. Cutting corners as I scramble for my phone in my pant pocket. Grabbing the item, I call Leo frantically.

"Where are you!?" he worrily shouts.

"Leo please I need your help," I yell back, running past the people of the hidden city. " there's this bee-- AAH!!" I'm suddenly pulled back, making me drop my phone I struggle against the grip something is put over my mouth. I feel weak as my body goes numb.

My eyes strain open as I'm dropped on the floor. Sitting up while rubbing my back, I come to face a woman with glowing yellow eyes with rectangular pupils. Her hair was replaced with colorful tentacles with matching patches that decorated her pale skin. She was tall with a slim build covered by a long, velvet dress that hung just above her ankles. As she walked closer to me, the clicking of her heels broke the tense silence.

"Good job Kabutomushi," her voice sounded like honey as the beetle man bowed lowly to her. The woman smirked and threw a bloody piece of meat to him. Kabutomushi caught it in his mouth and shook it around, spattering the stay blood onto my face and clothes.

I stayed still as the strange woman crouched down to my level. "Well darling, aren't you something?" Her hands reach for my face, making me retract in fear.

"No thanks lady," my face curls up in disgust, pointing my thumb in the direction of the beetle, "I've had enough weirdos for one day, I just want to go home," I pull myself up to my feet. "Just tell me the closest exit, and I'll be gone."

The woman's eyes twitched as her boney hands clenched. I gulped. "You need to learn some respect," she waved Kabutomushi off as she got closer...
