When we got to Argus and met up with the others. I excused myself and went to the nearby jewelry store. I found a beautiful diamond ring and bought it. I put the ring in a box and put the box in my jacket pocket. Then I sent Blake a text.

I headed to the storage lock-up where Yang had stored her motorcycle. When I got there, I found Blake waiting for me already. She noticed me and said, "So, what was it that you wanted to talk to me about?" I looked at her and said, "Walk with me?" She nodded slowly and we started walking around Argus. After a few minutes, I said, "Blake, we've been together for quite some time now, and during that time, we've been through a lot together. I've never been happier since we started dating." I stopped walking and Blake said, "Y/N, where are you going with this?" I smiled as I got down on one knee, pulled out the ring, and said, "I've come to the realization that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. So, Blake Belladonna, will you make me even happier and marry me?"
She placed a hand over her mouth as she looked at the ring. Then as a couple tears of joy started to form in her eyes, she said, "Yes. I'll marry you, Y/N Schnee! I love you so much!" She wrapped her arms around my neck and placed her lips onto mine. I wrapped my arms around her waist as we deepened the kiss. When we pulled away for air, she slid the ring onto her finger. I held her hand in mine and we walked back to Jaune's sister's house. When we got back, Ruby and Weiss approached us and said, "Where did you two go?" Blake and I looked at each other with smiles on our faces and Blake held up her hand revealing the ring. Then she said, "He proposed to me and I said yes. We're engaged!" My sister smiled at me and everyone started to congratulate us on our engagement.

We were standing outside of the gates to the Atlesian Military base on the island off the coast of Argus. Yang put her hands on the bars of the gate to speak to the guards and said, "Come on! You didn't even hear us out!" One guard said, "Our orders are clear: The Mistral-Atlas border is closed!" Then the other guard said, "Please!" Then the first one said, "Have a good day!" Yang replied, "But─" Both of the guards cut her off and said, "A good day!!" Then Qrow said, "Hey, if you don't wanna believe that I'm friends with Ironwood─" The guards corrected him and said, "General Ironwood!" Qrow continued, "Yeah, General Ironwood, then fine. But look, we have Weiss and Y/N Schnee with us and we're trying to get them home safely." Weiss and I both looked down with reluctance upon hearing Qrow say that. The two guards look to each other before turning their attention back to the group and said, "Approach!" Weiss and I shared look with Blake and Yang, who both just shrugged. Weiss and I then walked up to the gate and the two guards stepped up and bent down to inspect us. After a moment, both guards stood straight back up and said, "Very well!" Then the second one said, "You may speak with our commanding officer!" The first guard added, "We will fetch her at once!" The two guards turned around in sync, and chanted "Hup hup hup" and "Atlas Atlas Atlas" as they ran to get their superior.

Cordovin sighed and said, "If Ms. Schnee and Mr. Schnee wish to have safe passage to Atlas, then we'd be more than happy to accommodate them. However I can not say the same for their companions. Besides, I think Mr. Schnee could do much better with someone else, wouldn't you all agree?" The guards replied, "Yes, ma'am!!" I just stood there in shock and said, "Huh?! But Blake and I are already engaged, and I love her more than anything!" Blake smiled and Cordovin replied, "Oh please, a man such as yourself would surely prefer a lady with a much more mature and refined personality, rather than some random Faunus such as her." I saw Blake look down while her ears went flat and I lost it. I said, "Who are you to call her some random Faunus?!" I went to retaliate some more, but Weiss held me back and said, "Either my friends, my brother's fiancée, and I go together, or not at all." Then Cordovin said, "Then we're done here." The gates then shut quickly. I sighed and went back to the house.
