Henry Cavill Book 3 (completed)

Shocked

When I opened the door and seen August stand before me I was happy. I stepped back and let him in before closing the door behind him.

When I turned around he turned to face me and I was shocked when I saw his burnt face.

"Oh my god Auggy what happened? " I asked

"Hunt and I was chasing one another in a helicopter, mine crashed which caused this," he says

I teared up as I walked up to him and softly touching his cheek the unharmed one. 

"Have you been checked?" I asked

"No which is why I am here. you will be tending to me" he says

"But I dont have the proper equipment," I tell him

"I'm not going to the hospital," he says

"Fine then please let me have a great friend ..."

"NO...." he yelled

I jumped and he sighed

"No friends this is just between the two of us," he says more calmy 

I looked at him.

"Alright no outsiders," I say

After I got August stripped down and cleaned up, I bandaged his face very carefully. Once I was done I didn't know very much what to do.

"Please tell me that this is the end of this job that you're done for good, no more dangerous jobs that have endings like this or worse your life. I need you here with me, I don't want to lose you, your the greatest person that ever graced my life and I will forever cherish it. "

I started to cry not able to contain it anymore.

"I can't lose you August, and If I have to fight for you then I will and I will never give up. I will do all I have to to keep you for the rest of my life" I cried

He pulls me to him and holds me as I cried.

"I swear to you that I am through with it all," he says

I nodded my head.

"We can leave and have a whole new life," he tells me

I lifted my head and looked at him.

"I'd go away were with you" I swore

He kissed me and wiped the stray tears.

We spent the remainder of the day talking about where we would move and how our lives will be.

it took weeks almost months before August's burns on the side of his face healed. And when we moved to our new place it was one of the best decisions that we've made.

August seemed much happier and at ease than he was in our old place. We even added to our little family.

I had become pregnant and we are delighted.
