After singing happy birthday. She blew out her candles before cutting her birthday cake especially made by the palace bakery chef.
Zara's Pov
****That night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
I got an emergency call from my mom saying my husband just fainted in his bedroom. I rushed over and found out immediately. "I don't you ever do that again" I was upset at my husband after finding out it was just a joke

"I'm sorry but I just wanted to surprise you...." He grabbed my hand and placed a soft kiss on them
"Please join me" He slightly pulled me along
We sat down on his luxury furniture and I crossed my legs. "Bring the stuff," He said on his walkie talkie
I wondered what stuff he's talking about. Moments later, a maid walked towards us with a gold tray and I knew food had to be inside of it. "I know you miss Indian food so I bought Indian food for you.." He uncovered the plates
"And I hired an Indian chef for you, my love," He tells me and I smiled
I saw Chicken tikka masala, Aloo gobi, and a lot more. "And one more thing...." He brought out something
"Open it" He instructed me
I opened the door and I was shocked. "That's 1 million dollars for you, my love. Happy birthday!" He tells me and we hugged
"Thank you so much!" I kissed his lips
"It's your birthday and you don't have to thank me, my love" He smiles
Omnsicent's Pov
"Ma'am, your dinner" One of the many maids served Zara her Indian themed dinner prepared by her Indian chef
"Thanks" She sat up on the bed
The maid soon left and closed the door behind her. Zara began eating the food not knowing that Fatima had put poison inside of the food and had a palace maid make sure the food got to Zara and not anyone else.
After 20 minutes of eating, she suddenly felt ill and she phoned for her handmaid. Her husband wasn't at the palace. "Madam, what's wrong?
Zara could hardly speak so her handmaid used her phone to call her husband. He picked up immediately and was told what was happening. He instructed her to look over his wife, while he calls her doctor. The handmaid agreed and dropped the call. "Madam, please don't die on us..." Tears formed in her handmaid's eyes
Fatima stood by the door listening and laughing. "No one is going to save you, Zara" Fatima had an evil smirk on her face
******7 hours later
"She was poisoned," Zara's doctor tells her mom and her husband
"Poisoned? What about the twins? Her husband feared the worst
"They're fine.....it seems like someone tried to kill her babies by poisoning her" The doctor announced the big threat
"Not my daughter..." Zara's mom kissed her sleeping daughter's forehead
"What type of poison was there? Mohammed needed answers
"Rat poison"
"Someone in that palace isn't happy about Zara's pregnancy, sir. You shouldn't ignore the threat before the person succeeds in killing your wife or her babies" The doctor warns Mohammed
Mohammed couldn't help but wonder was who behind the poisoning. But he knew how to get the answers he needed.
