Juniper Lea was a special girl. Some would say she could do necromancy, but she wasn't a dark powered witch. She was able to commune with dead, she could posses others and yes, the dead could posses her and others ( only is she allowed them to ) but in the grand schemes of it, the only 'dark' part of her power was that she could bring the dead back to life — but she was determined to never do it, she did it once and once was enough.

Despite her pondering her ability, Juniper was cleaning herself up whilst Wanda and Vision were practicing their magic show.

Juniper had woken up from the previous night, bruises and scratches covering her pale body. One can only assume the dead did it. And they had, specifically a determined man who wanted to posses her.

Juniper looked at the man's reflection in the mirror, snapping at him to 'go away' — to which he was forced to do so. As she covered her finally bruise, a certain someone called for her to come down the stairs.

She rushed down stairs to Wanda, pulling on her shoes, waving at Agnes as she joined the women outside.

"Shall we?" Wanda asked.

"Oh, we shall."

The trio interlocked their arms, Wanda in the middle of them. The girls walked down the street, patting sound from their shoes hitting the floor followed behind.

"So, are you ready to meet Queen Cul de Sac and her Merry Homemakers?" Agnes asked the two.

Wanda and Juniper chuckled at her worlds. Surely this 'Dottie' couldn't be all that bad. Wanda voiced Juniper's thoughts.

"Well, you'll notice her roses bloom under penalty of death." Agnes remarked about the woman they were to meet.

Juniper had heard little things about Dottie, mostly from Agnes when the duo would talk outside for short or long periods of time. Time was a peculiar thing in Westview, sometimes it was quick, sometimes it was slow, as though someone was in control, like a tv remote.

Wanda scoffed, taking Agnes words with a pinch of salt. No one can be that bad, right?

Pretty quickly, Agnes pulled the girls to a stop. She stepped in front and looked at Wanda and Juniper with worry.

"Wanda, Juniper, can I give you a bit of friendly advice?"

Wanda glanced down quickly and placed a hand on her chest. "Is it about the way I'm dressed?"

"You look dazzling, Wanda." Juniper was quick to say, cutting Agnes off from saying anything about her best friend.

"Dottie is the key to everything in this town." Agnes told her. "County club memberships, parties, school admissions." She gave Wanda a knowing look.

"Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves."

The three chuckled.

Juniper couldn't help but wonder what having a child around would be like. She was one hundred percent sure she was not going to have one, she didn't want one and never had. She always wanted to an aunt, a cool aunt, maybe even the wine aunt — the only problem being that Juniper didn't like wine. Juniper would be a great aunt, or so she hoped.

"You get in with Dottie and it'll be smooth sailing from here on out." Wanda nodded at the words and Juniper tilted her head in wondered. "Just mind your P's and Q's and you're gonna do just fine."

In better words, be ordinary, boring and nothing like how they are. Easy as pie, except Juniper wasn't good at making pie, she could make cookies though — and brownies.

"Or maybe I could just be myself? More or less?"

A small silence passed.

"As charming as you are Wanda, no." Juniper stated bluntly.

Wanda looked at her with a mock of offence and Juniper grinned at her. What are friends for, if not for Juniper's roll in Wanda's life.

Agnes laughed, trying to ease away the heavy awkward silence. "Oh, Wanda, that's good."

A voice broke the three away from their thoughts as a group of women left the house. Namely Dottie and her merry group of housewives.

"Hiya, Dottie! Your roses are divine."

"Well, thank you."

Agnes turned back to look at the girls. She gave them the 'that bitch' look and Juniper couldn't help but giggle. She covered her look and the girls went on their merry way.

"The Rotary Club is finishing the stage set-up as we speak. They've give the gazebo a fresh coat of paint and will be installing the finale decorations all through the town square. And if you recognises the antique foot lights, it's because they're from my store."

As the woman spoke, Juniper had her eyes on her best friend, watching as Wanda mimicked Dottie's behaviour. The pale haired girl was particularly confused as to why Wanda had been obsessing on the details that made her seem unnatural.

"And the chairs?"

"I'm sorry, Dottie. I didn't ask about the chairs."

"So you better not ask me if you can chair any committees in the future." Dottie said, turning to her group of jolly housewives. They laughed at her chair out and Juniper sighed.

What a slow day.

"The devil's in the details, Bea." Dottie stated, standing up from her seat.

"That's not the only place he is." Agnes mumbled to Wanda and Juniper. Wanda waved her off and Juniper smirked at the comment, bringing her drink to her mouth to hide her reaction.

"As you all know, the talent show is the sole fundraiser for Westview Elementary."

Why had Juniper agreed to come, the day was going slowly and it was honestly far to boring for her fast paced mind.

As Dottie went on, Juniper zoned out, barely acknowledging what was going on around her. It was dull and boring. Maybe she shouldn't of come. Why did she have to agree?

She did not stick around to help Wanda clean up. As much as she loved her best friend, she didn't want to be there and that had over ruled.
