I have read around 60 chapter so far and it's pretty good novel. The pacing may be a little bit slow for some but it isn't as slow as certain novels. The ghosts are, for my taste at least, quite boring or ordinary. But if you like those types then go for it
In a nutshell, it's a survival game novel from a perspective of someone who can escape the nightmare anytime he wishes and is quite normal in the head.
