Charlize isn't an villainess or anything else like that. She only fights for her revenge which is justified.
Her relationship with Dylan is mostly mentor - student fo far and it's a nice change from the endless same time of romance these kinds of novels have. But they still like each other and will like each other even more in the future.
Charlize is an overpowered character but I do t see a problem in that. She cannot be compared to other people anyways.
