"Tell me, does my eye bag look bad?" Mary asked as she finished examined herself in the mirror. Just to be thinking what they're going to face today making her struggle to sleep last night

"Let me see..." Ririka touched Mary's cheek and examined the blonde girl. After that, she goes to the closet and grabs the make-up bag. She takes out the foundation and applies it to Mary's eye bag to cover it "Okay done. You look much better now"

"Thank you princess"

"Yeah, no prob. Come on, let's go now" Ririka stand up and was about to move her feet but Mary stopped her by grabbing her cloth "Yes?"

"Can you tell me once again, what did you told your parents at the moment they told you to marry other people?" Mary asked. Her heart was racing

"I told them that I don't want to and then I walked away" Ririka explained

"O-okay s-so all I have to do is just convince them right?" Mary said. She was wet with sweat

"Hey... We got this okay? You only have to convince them then nothing will get in our way" Ririka hold Mary's hand tightly and looked at her girlfriend

Mary nodded and got up. Ririka also got up and the both of them walked out of the room. They started the engine and drove to the Momobami's mansion

As soon as they arrived, they walked out of the car and walked to the big front door holding on to each other hands. Mary's heart was beating fast but she knows Ririka also feel the same as her because the platinum hair girl was shaking when she pushed the doorbell

A minute later, the door was opened and 3 maid was there, bowing to welcoming Ririka and Mary

"Where is my mother?" Ririka asked one of the maids

"Madam is at the backyard feeding the fish in the fish fond" The maid said

"Tell my mother that I already here. We will be waiting in the living room" Ririka command and goes to the living room with Marry

They sat silently to calm their self and a couple of minutes later, Mrs. Momobami walked into the living room. Mary gulped as she looked at Mrs. Momobami cold face

"So... Mind introducing yourself?" Mrs. Momobami point her eyes at Mary

"M-mary Saotome" Mary said, a bit quivering

"Oh. I see. You are the girl that my daughter is so in love with" Mrs. Momobami examined Mary from the ends of the hair to the ends of the toe "Let's get to the topic now, why do you guys come here?"

Mary and Ririka looked at each other and nodded "I need your permission Mrs. I want to marry your daughter Ririka Momobami" Mary braved her self to speak

Mrs. Momobami smirked at what Mary have said "What kind of company your parents arrange? How much money you have to marry my daughter? And most importantly do you think I will let you marry my daughter even if you kneeling in front of me?"

"I- "Mary's voice was stuck in her throat. The question that given to her was damaging her heart

"Look. In the first place, I let my daughter stay with you is because I thought the both of you will not hold on to each other and break up. But it doesn't seem like that and Ririka has to marry my choice no matter what. I want the best for my daughter. End of the conversation!" Mrs. Momobami said, half yelling

"But mother-" Ririka eyes started to watery. No this can't be happening. She glanced at Mary, giving the blonde a sign to say something

"I thought you said you want what the best for your daughter... But do you think she will be happy if she gets married to the person she doesn't love to satisfy you? Do you think she will be happy?" Mary hit the table. Her heart was boiling. The way this family treats Ririka was not even fair. Ririka always have to obey them and can't even make her own decisions

"What?! I'm the one that gave birth to her and I always right. I think you should leave right now!" Mrs. Momobami stand up and yelled. She bit her lips and her hands want to slap Mary's face

"I'm just about to leave anyway. Let's go Ririka!" Mary said

"No! Ririka will stay here from now on!" Mrs. Momobami grabbed Ririka's hand and hold it tightly

"Mother, please. Let me go with Mary!" Ririka cry and trying to escape from the grip of her mother's hand

"Riri... " Mary was about to helped Ririka but out of nowhere, a guy comes to the living room and dragged her out

"MOTHER PLEASE! I WANT TO BE WITH HER! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!" Tears fall heavily from Ririka's blue eyes. She kneeling in front of her mother, hoping that her voice will be heard even only for this time

"Enough Ririka!" Mrs. Momobami rolls her eyes "Take Ririka to her room and make sure you locked the door. She can't leave her room until tomorrow morning when the person she has to marry come" She said to one of the maids and walked away "Oh yeah, don't forget to take her phone too"

"All right, ma'am"
