Y/N POV

We all sat around the table in silence, waiting for someone to speak up. "Dominic is out of surgery and in the ICU. You are all more than welcome to see him and stay with him. You can also talk to him, he may be able to hear you, but only talk to him one at a time to not confuse him." The female doctor said. "Thank you. We all appreciate all you are doing and have done for him." Gavin spoke. We all nodded our heads in agreement. "Alright well if you follow me I'll show you to Dominic's room." The other doctor stated as he got up and started walking towards the door. We all followed. We made our way down the cold, sterile hallways of the hospital until we finally reached Dom's room. It was nice. His was the only bed so he didn't have to share the room with anyone. There was one large window that let in plenty of natural light. There was also a couch in front of the window and a chair on either side of it. We made our way into the room and sat down. "Cafeteria is down the hall to the left. Press this button if anything changes or if you need assistance. A nurse will be in to check on him every hour to start, and then every few hours. Good luck with your friend. The best thing you all can do for him is just be here with him." The doctor forced a smile and then left the room. Leaving us back to our silence. You wanted to talk to him, you really did. But you just didn't know what to say yet. You still felt like it was all your fault, and worst of all, the last things you had said to each other was during a fight. Well, a fake fight to you because you we're planning his surprise but to him he was hurt. You couldn't stop thinking about the fact that you hurt him not only mentally, but physically too since if you had just gone with him none of this would have happened.
