Sometimes the world can feel dispiriting
My thoughts bring forth a feeling that springs me around
It's the pain I may feel time to time
There is so much pain in me in which I must say I have lied about this
It's not always I feel happy
I feel scared, anxious in a way that never settles down
All day, I mean all day I drink some Earl Grey tea and some Green Rose tea
Even other teas I add to the mix
The feeling does not come time to time
It happens all the time
I accept I've told lies
But in future I may feel fine
