Arlo was walking down a school hallway, collecting his thoughts. 'If John gave Seraphina that book, which makes all too much sense, why would Seraphina accept it? Are they that close that Seraphina would accept it without a second thought? Or did Seraphina willingly take the book from John? The latter is the best case scenario, but even in that case, since when are they that close?' Arlo thinks to himself. 'It's all too much of a coincidence that John, the only supposed school cripple, befriends Seraphina, the strongest in our school. He might be trying to hide something. Something important to him, that would need protection. Does John have an ability?'
Arlo rounds a corner, pondering on this important accusation, when someone bumps into to him. He looks down to see the well-known ravenette (A/N: Thanks Squadbane), no, the black ravenette clutching his forehead in agony. 'Of course I run into him.' Arlo thinks to himself. Before reacting too harshly, he thinks of his options. 'I've got to find out what he's hiding without provoking him. I'll play it safe for now, earn his trust.'
-"Oh... John, I guess it's no surprise this is how I run into you again, no pun intended."
-"Yeah, sorry about that." He seemed more focused with picking up paper than apologizing to the blonde, Wellston's king. He rolls his eyes. 'Whatever, I'll deal with this later.'
-"You ever heard of using a binder?" He asks. John is startled, but answers nonetheless.
-"Oh, y-yeah, I usually do, these are just my grades that I've been looking at, which is probably the reason I ran into you." Arlo sighs, grumbling. 'I have to act at the very least not hostile.'
"Maybe use a folder for grades then. See you around." The blonde says as he walks past him, patting his shoulder.
He then heads to the library, the reason he was out in the hallways in between classes in the first place.

Sera walks into Headmaster Vaughn's office, and sees another lady right next to him. 'She seems to be from the authorities, I think.' Sera sits down, looking at Vaughn.
-"Hello, headmaster." She starts.
-"Please, don't be so tense! You're making me worried!" The headmaster says lightly. Sera relaxes, but doesn't let her guard down, especially with that lady there. "Allow me to introduce you to Miss Nadia. She will be asking you a few questions about the book unOrdinary that was reported to be in your possession."
'I wonder who leaked this info,' Sera asks herself sarcastically.
-"This is an official interrogation," began the light green-haired woman previously dubbed Miss Nadia, "You are expected to answer all questions honestly, as any and all false responses will be detected by me and will result in an automatic expulsion from Wellston. Is that understood?"
-"Yeah." Sera answers. 'That seems to be a bit harsh for just a few questions. The authorities really take this book seriously, I don't want to get John involved.'
-"Alright, let's begin. We were informed you are in possession of the book unOrdinary, is this true?"
-"Yes." I respond. Easy enough so far.
-"How long have you had this book for?" She continues.
-"About 12 days now."
-"Where did you get this book from?" This caught Sera by surprise, even though it shouldn't have. She does her best to keep her composure, thinking of a way to steer this away from John.
