a part two was highly requested, so here it is! i'm also posting on tiktok now and, while you probably came from there, my tiktok is @nopenope966 for those who didn't

"i've been getting super close to shifting, but i can't quite get there. what's the final push?"
everyone's final push is different as it's something that works for them, but mine is to imagine their voices above me as much as i can and, once i can hear them clearly, i visualize them as much as i can.  once i can see them, i visualize myself throwing out my hands towards my comfort character, they act as an anchor to my dr.my comfort character takes them so that i can pull myself up and into my dr

"i really want to shift but i'm worried about getting stuck"
one of the most common misconceptions in shifting is the idea that you can get stuck in between realities. despite there being a 'space' between, this is completely false, you can't get stuck between realities.
another common misconception is that you can get stuck in your dr, and this is also false. the best way to get back to your cr is to script in a safe word, something that you won't say often, such as 'jojo siwa', but you can just affirm that you've shifted back to your cr

"i've heard that lucid dreaming helps with shifting, how do i induce a lucid dream?"
the easiest way to induce a lucid dream is by using the 3am method: go to sleep as normal, but set an alarm for 3am (or a few hours after you go to bed). you'll wake up to turn off the alarm, after you just go back to sleep with the intention of lucid dreaming and you'll do just that

"when i try to shift, i can do the method and get all the symptoms, but i struggle to fall asleep"
honestly, falling asleep really depends on the person. if you're someone who struggles to fall asleep, the best tips i can give to you is to try a non sleep method or to practically be half asleep before trying to shift. if you're someone who can usually fall asleep easily, maybe it's because the method isn't long enough, which is why i designed a method which takes fifteen minutes, which is the amount of time it takes the body to fall asleep

"can you give me some motivation please?"

as always, i'm happy to give out motivation, but, in truth, the only person who can help you shift is yourself. sure, there is a multiverse out there, but it doesn't control your ability to shift. you have to be the one to motivate yourself

"what is an easy shifting method for baby shifters?"

on my tiktok, i've already posted about the easiest shifting methods, but  i'll post it here too for anyone who hasn't seen it! the simplest methods are the raven and julia methods, which haven't worked for me, but i've heard that  they work well for most baby shifters. my favourite methods are my juliet method and the lucid dream method, which i've been using to visit wherever i wanted since i was younger but it's only surfaced recently (i've always been a lucid dreamer, and i didn't realize my lucid dreaming was a variation of shifting)

"what can i write my script on? does it have to be on paper?"

i get this question SO often, so i decided to make it a bonus question. your script can be written on absolutely anything, including digitally so, yes, you can write your script on a google doc, just don't  keep it under your pillow, i don't want to be the reason you go up in flames :)
