The sexual tension was almost too much to bare. His breathing was speeding up rapidly. I turned my head to look into his eyes. He gazed back at me. In the flash of lightning his lips were on mine.

He held the back of my neck to draw me closer. I don't know why but something in me was fighting against this.

"Stop." It took a second before he pulled away. He got out of the car in haste. I flinched when the door slammed shut. I slowly walked in the pouring rain. I walked up to the bedroom, drenched and cold.

When I got there the room was dark and empty. I turned on the light and slowly made my way to the bathroom. I stripped out of my dress and took a shower.

I got out and put on my underwear before putting on a night robe. I got in the bed and rested my head on the pillow.

I don't know when or how I fell asleep all I know is that I woke up at 3 am and I was alone in the room. I got up and went to his office. I wasn't sorry , just curious.

I pushed the door open to be met with an empty room in complete darkness. I checked every room on the floor but he wasn't in any.

I went downstairs and he wasn't there. My gaze landed on the door beside the garage. I have never been in here. I really need a tour of this place.

The room was filled with workout equipment. Maybe it's a gym? Of course it's a gym, how stupid can I get.

The sound of grunting and panting caught my attention. I walked towards the sound, the more I walked the louder the noise was. I came to a room but it didn't have a door. I went in and gasped at the sight before me.

Luciano was aggressively fisting the punching bag. That wasn't what caused my reaction, if anything that's just normal.

What caused it was the state he was in. His knuckles were bruised and bleeding and the hole in the dent in the wall that was surrounded by blood.

"What are you doing?!" I yelled as I walked over to him. His fist stopped mid air. The bruise on it was more than just visible.

He slowly turned around to stare at me. The look on his face made me take a step back. He looked as if he was filled with sorrow but he also so angry. Two emotions that don't mix well together.

He noticed my reaction and the anger in his eyes resurfaced. He stepped pass me and out the door. Men. One second they're happy and the next they treat you like their worst enemy.

I walked back to the bedroom to hear the shower running.

Sitting on the bed I thought of anything that could upset him. Deep down I knew what it was but I refuse to think that. I guess you could say that I'm in denial.

I was caught up in my thoughts and didn't hear when he entered the room. He looked at me and walked into his closet. When he came out he didn't even spare me a glance, he walked around me and went into the bed.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked after a minute of sitting in silence. I heard him sigh before he answered.

"What are you talking about?" He asked making me look at him in disbelief.

"I'm talking about your mood swings. One minutes you're happy and the next you're upset."

"I don't know what you're talking about. You should get some sleep." I looked at him and a humorless laugh left my mouth

"This is what I'm talking about. You can't keep switching moods every five minutes."

"You want to know what's my problem?"
