The cool wind absentmindedly blows my curls
As i crane my neck to look into the black abyss
Far above shine the tiny pinpricks
That fascinate the mighty
A smile overtakes my face as i spin,
Faster and faster
Until the tiny dots turn into bright, shining streaks of light
A laugh full of joy, happiness
Shatters the stillness, breaks the spell
I stare fiercely into the black abyss
Willing my fate to come,
I finally feel free
