"To show that son of a bitch he messed with the wrong girl" she says with anger in her voice.
We walk to the filming room hand in hand, she was squeezing my hand tight in a protective manner, but i didn't mind. I love it when her motherly side came out. it made me feel so safe, probably because my mother never cared for me.
I stand behind her slightly and point to the guy "there he is" i whisper in her ear.
She lets go of my hand and walks angrily to him, I stay behind where she left me because I didn't want to cause more trouble.
I see her yelling at him and flaring her arms.
A couple of more guys come over and stand around her. Even though she I quite tall she look so small surrounded by them, I hear one of them say "ooh she thinks just because she is the big 'Cate Blanchett' she is better then us" and the others start to laugh, panic washes over me as they start to get closer. It was just Cate those pigs and myself in the room.
One of them touch her arm "don't touch me" she says "I can do what ever I want because i am a man and you're just a fucking bitch" he says , that's when I lost it.
I walk over to them and tap the shoulder of the man who touched cate. In this moment I felt so small, I'm only 5'6 so I was quite scared, but I need to stand up for Cate.
"Hey look it's the little bitch" says the guy who touched Cate, I look at him and smile "hey look at this" I say and knee I'm in the balls he falls to the ground. I take cates hand and run.
We are running down to the hallway to Kenneth's office.
Once cate and I get there I knock on the door.
"Come in" I hear him say.
We walk to him "oh hey what's up" he says.
"Yeah your employees are disgusting, I suggest you get some new people hired before I go to the police" I say still holding onto cates hand.
"What why" he asks.
I explain what they did to me and to cate with tears rolling down my cheeks.
"Oh that is awful I will right away" he paused "and cate you can go home for the day if you like" he says.
Cate looks to me "yes that would be great" she says squeezing my hand in a comforting manner.
We walk out hand in hand, I have tears running down my face remembering past experiences.
"Hey what's wrong" she I hear her say.
I don't answer.
She stops walking and holds on to both my hands "Y/N it's not your fault those guys are assholes" she says wiping tears off my face.
I nod my head and hug her tight. "Thank you" I whisper.
"Of course sweetheart" .
We pull away from the hug and walk to the dressing room. Once we are there she unlocks the door and we walk in.
I sit on the chair that was at her makeup table "oh god I look awful" I say laughing, she comes behind me and puts her hand on my shoulders "no you don't" she says with a smile.
