Brooke
Brooklynn was so excited to make the choreo round, we both are but now I have to follow a hiphop routine to actually make the team.
I walk into the same studio I did my improv solo in. "Okay class! I am the choreographer for your hiphop choreo today." a man with short brown hair and freckles says.
"So we are gonna start with this pose then go from there to here." He shows everybody the moves.
After 30 minutes of practicing, its time for us to show Ms. Laurence. Me and 1 girl and 2 boys get into our formation and the music starts (song above.)
There is a variety of flips and handsprings in this dance. Everybody is giving it there all and I am trying harder then I have ever tried. I never cared for hiphop so this is definitely new for me, which is why i'm scared.
When the song ends, Ms. Laurence seems to be thinking.
"Okay everyone. I have decided that Brooke and Henry were the best in this dance and they are the best choices for this team." Ms. Laurence says.
I am overjoyed right now. I think that Brooklynn will do alright. She does contemporary every now and then so shes gonna be good.
