Right now, Ms. Lauren is talking to us about dance captain and alternates for regionals. We only need 10 and we have 12 on our team.
"If you don't know what an alternate is, its basically 1 to 2 people, in our case 2, that don't perform unless somebody cant make it or is injured." Ms. Lauren says.
"I have decided that Daniella and Kiana will be the alternates this year. You girls are amazing but you do need a bit more practice." Ms. Lauren says.
I look over at Daniella and Kiana and they don't look to happy I mean, who would? But i'm just happy its not me or Brooke thats the alternate this year.
"This moves me onto dance captain." I hope I was good enough for the spot.
"Brooke and Brooklynn you girls were amazing but Brooklynn I feel would be the better fit." I know Brooke never liked to be dance captain so I don't expect her to be that mad about not making dance captain.
"Okay, lets start working ladies." Ms. Lauren says.
