Its been 1 month since we have started practicing for regionals and the dance is actually coming along.
We haven't started the finals routine yet, and I don't think we should until this dance is ready and cleaned up.
"Okay everyone! Lets take 5 then we have to show Ms. Lauren how much better it looks!" Brooklynn says. Everybody heads to their cubbies to grab their water bottles and talk with their friends.
"Okay guys! Lets see it!" Ms. Lauren says not even 3 minutes into our break. She always does this I think.
Ms. Lauren plays the music (song above) and we start the dance. The dance is amazing! Theres turns and leaps and a few acro here and there.
When the group sync comes, Amethyst falls and screams. Ms. Lauren stops the music and runs to her.
"What happened?" "Are you okay?" "Amethyst!" voices arise through the crowd of dancers crowding around her.
"Amethyst! What happened to you?" Ms. Lauren says. "My leg! I think its sprained!" Amethyst says.
I thought the alternates would not have to be used, I guess were gonna need them after all.
