Part 16

Kokichi POV
I guess it's time for the class trial... I have my theories on who it is but I can't be sure. We all stand at out spots in the court room.
"Let's start of with the cause of death the Monokuma file says the cause of death was a slit of the neck so she probably died instantly before she realized what was going on." Kiibo says
No kiibos wrong she didn't die instantly.
"Nope sorry Ki-boy that's wrong himiko didn't die instantly if you looked closer on her hand there was blood and on her sheets so you can guess that she reached for her neck once it was slit." I say
"Alright so she noticed she was um hurt and reached for her neck." Tsumugi says
"And she died right after what a sad way to go." Shuichi says
I look over at Shuichi I'm getting really sick of his pregame self.
"So we all agree that she died by a slit of the neck but it wasn't instantly but that doesn't limit the list of suspects." Maki says
"Lets take a look at the alibis ok at 12 pm last night Tsumugi and Kiibo were in their rooms sleeping but me,Kokichi, and maki were all in front of the cafeteria. So that limits the suspects." Shuichi says yeah he definitely knows who did it
"You just put yourself as a suspect!" Tsumugi exclaims
"Yeah but I didn't do it idiot so I have nothing to worry about I went to my room right after I knocked maki out."
No Shuichi went to the storage room but why is he hiding that... I'll only say something if it becomes important
"I don't know if you recall but I was knocked out cold I awoke in my room this morning."
"Ohh When did you go to your room it didn't happen to be a couple minutes past 12 did it?" I say
"I went to my room at 11 Shuichi knocked me out at 10 so I was passed out an hour." Maki's says calmly
"What about you Kokichi where did you go?" Kiibo says
"Where do you think I went I went to my room I wasn't about to take maki to her room." I say
Wait now we're back at square one we have no suspects maybe I should say something about the stor-
"I did find something in the cafeteria." Shuichi says
"Whoever left it there sure is an idiot... it was a knife looks like it was washed some time ago it had no more then 20 water droplets on it."
He counted?!
"But we don't know who got it-" maki starts
"Wrong we can cross out Tsumugi and Kiibo and since I went to my room at 10 i couldn't go back to the cafeteria until 11 since maki was there and plus I wouldn't leave a wet knife." Shuichi says
"Oh and then there was two~" I sorta whisper
"Your one of the two also Kokichi." Tsumugi points
"I- I know but I didn't do it WAHHH!" I cry
Wait so Shuichi knocked maki out at 10:20 he told me to go to my room or whatever then went to the storage room it's now 10:30 by then i get up and walk past Shuichi go into the storage room now it's 10:35 and I get to my room by 10:40 and Shuichi probably got back at 10:45 leaving maki with 15 minutes left till 11... did she really wake up at 11 though.
"What about motives does anyone have any of those otherwise why kill?" I ask
"I don't and I highly doubt Tsumugi does and Shuichi's whole thing is making others kill.. what about you Kokichi?" Kiibo asks
"No i didn't either there's been no good motives Monokuma really needs to step up his game!" I exclaim
We all turn to maki who has a clear motive
"Listen just because Kaito died doesn't mean I'm gonna kill." Maki states
(Side note: they all know maki is an assassin)
"But you could kill in order to get out the game and win for Kaito." Kiibo says
"What time did you go to your room last night maki roll~" I ask
Maki send a death glare my way
"Exactly at 11." She says
How does she have 15 minutes to wake up remember,gather her surroundings, then go to her room?
"So you woke up at 10:45 that doesn't leave you much time..." I say
"That's because she didn't wake up at 10:45 she woke up at 11:30 which makes her more suspicious."
Maki looks at Shuichi glaring at him.
"How would you know if I woke up at 11:30?" Maki asks
"Because I didn't go straight to my room I went to the storage shed to get something I only found it at 11:25 and I saw maki walk into the cafeteria when I was going back." Shuichi says
Shuichi POV
I wasn't gonna say anything but we're getting no where so I have to.
"Why'd you go to the storage room..." Tsumugi asks
"That's none of your business it has nothing to do with the case." I say
"Shuichi is right so we'll move on maki, Shuichi said you went into the cafeteria and it happens the murder weapon was found there to." Kiibo began
"Why'd you go in there when you could've just went right back to your room?" He finishes
Maki stays silent then something I'd say unexpected but certainly not boring happens
"That has nothing to do with the case that knife could've been washed by anyone in the cafeteria and didn't you forget himikos room was locked no one knows how to pick locks!"
"I must say maki by now you've dug your own grave." I noted
Maki looks at me with killing intent if only she had dried the knife such a shame
"There's only two people here who know how to pick locks you and Kokichi and since we've already said he can't be it then it must be you." I look at maki
"You might know how to pick locks your crazy as is." Maki points out
"Eh I've tried but It's to hard I just had Kokichi give me a key to his house." I say and Kokichi looks at me with a surprised face.
"I did all of this so I can get out and end this killing game for Kaito..." maki confesses
"Oh is that a confession?~" kokichi asks and maki looks down
"Oh boy that took a while! Well you know what time it is... ITS VOTING TIME!" Monokuma yells
And surely enough maki is the culprit
"Maki why would you do this Kaito wouldn't want you to-" Tsumugi starts
"That doesn't matter anymore if only I had slit her throat more deep and she would have died instantly." Maki turns to monokuma
"Start the execution Monokuma." She says
Tsumugi is crying but I could care less if it was ingame me maybe a different story... oh well it is what it is and in the end maki basically threw her life away.
Execution time!
Maki is dragged away and is let go in a street it's pitch black and out of no where a knife flies by and cuts her arm and soon another one and another and more after that maki gets cut on her legs,her arm,her face everywhere maki now lays on the floor and in the distance she sees him she sees Kaito maki gets up and limps her way to Kaito while knives keep cutting her and once she gets to him he opens his arms and gives maki a hug and then plunges a knife into her back and takes it out Maki falls to the ground and from above her own sword along with her other ones falls down and stab her killing her instantly.
Execution end
Everyone stands in horror but not me I'm focused on ending this fast and in one day time this will all end.

This one was long wow there might be three or four more parts and that's it! The next part might be more filler then anything but it's still important anyways I hoped you guys enjoyed this next part!
