Ephesians 4:31
Let all bitterness and wrath, and anger and clamour, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

This verse tells us to put away some things : bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour, evil speaking and malice.
We must emulate the behaviour of Christ.
Jesus was never bitter towards anyone, neither did He engage in gossip, slander or any form of evil speaking.
God says that we should only say words that edify ourselves and Him and get rid of all foul talk.
We must treat everyone we meet with love and eschew all bitterness towards people.
We must learn to control our anger and not give in to it.
These things might be hindering our relationship with God therefore we must get rid of them.
