What if Frieza never destroyed the sayains?

Kakarot and Bardock are training so much, that they almost were never home. Kakarot had exceeded the power level of every sayain his age, and had been able to go into the state of Super Sayain for a few seconds. Most sayains had to train for years to achieve that state, but most sayains didn't train until they were adults. Kakarot had fought almost every kid he knew, including Vegeta Jr. He had beaten every single one. His power level was 1000, which was usually hard to achieve, even for adults. He had trained every single day as soon as he had hit the age of 7. By the age of 12 he could take on someone two times his size, and take them down with ease. When the first threat had appeared at Kakarot's house, his father had been at a meeting with the Sayain Army. They had been almost four times the size of Kakarot, but he knew better, Kakarot took him down in one hit. He had been hoping for a challenge, but as always, he was stronger. He was a well above average sayain kid.
