You went along with those friends of yours
Forgetting to do your homework for the day
You rushed to class late
Unable to come up with an excuse
You were too busy talking to your mates
In the hallways
You skipped classes
Just to be seen as cool
But when your grades drop
It wasn't what you wanted
You went to that party
Only because your friends were going
Instead of revising for the test you had tomorrow
If it wasn't for those peers of yours
You thought maybe you could succeed
But you went along
And succumbed to their pressures
Resulting in you
Holding your head low
On results day
