-not really realistic but neither are the powerpuff girls..so 🙁
-mike is a massive dick to a lot of people because he's mad about having a crush on Will

Joyce twirled her spaghetti noodles around her fork, "So, Will, what happened at school today?"

"Well..."

Mike Wheeler shoved Will Byers to the ground, laughing at the boys distress. Will narrowed his eyes at him. He then stood up and politely walked past Mike without saying a word.

"That's right! Walking away like the pussy you are!"

"And he always says I'm girly! Like, I'm not! What a jerk."

Jane thought for a second in silence then her lips turned into a smile. "I have an idea."

Joyce and Will turned to her, "What is it?" They asked in unison.

"Well I was reading an article in my bed last night that kind of reminded me of that. It said that all bullies have one weakness."

Will scoffed and laughed sarcastically, "Which is?"

Mike looked around for his usual victim of bullying. It was after school so he had to be outside somewhere. He just wasn't looking hard enough. A gentle hand tapped on his shoulder so he turned around. Wheelers pale cheeks began heating up at the sight in front of him. "H-hey, sissy! Why are you looking at me like that?!"

Will gave him a shy yet flirty look. This only made the blush on Mikes cheeks become visible. "I...I was...talking...to you..."

The other only blinked his eyes slowly in reply, showing off beautiful, long eyelashes.Mikes throat went dry when Will stepped closer to him, putting his hands on his shoulders. Will stood on his tippy toes and gave Mike a soft yet quick kiss on the cheek.  "You're smiling," Byers giggled before walking away.

When Mike went home that night, he couldn't stop thinking of the encounter. Why did he like it so much? It was just a stupid kiss from a very...very pretty guy. Mike shook his head to clear those types of thoughts, but they just wouldn't go away.

"Dude, it worked!" Will told his sister excitedly as they were talking in their room.

"Really?" She clapped, "I knew it! How did he react?"

Will started blushing a bit, "He...smiled..."

"He likes you! He totally l-"

"Will!" Joyce called from the dining room, "telephone call from someone named Mike Wheeler!"

Byers instantly regretted all his decisions right then and there. He should've just left it alone. He should've just let Mike pick on him. More thoughts like that swarmed around his mind. He found himself at the telephone. Will sighed then gulped nervously, "Hello...?"

"Hey, uh...I just wanna say that what you did was kinda...cute. And I've spent hours contemplating over whether I liked it or not."

"I don't follow..."

"You're really just gonna make me say it, aren't you? I wanna go on a date with you sometime. And...and I would like more of those kisses that you gave me."

"Uh-um," Will started sweating nervously. What if this was just a set up to get him alone with Mike? On the other hand, this did seem pretty sincere.

"Sure."
