Wilbur watched as Y/N walked out of the Camarvan and laughed to himself in the van alone. If only she knew what the president had up his sleeves. He looked back down to his book, revising what he had written down in his very messy handwriting, the writing looked like the author was in a rush, but he hadn't been a rush, no far from it. It was the perfect plan after all. 'Step 1, announce we're running for president for L'manberg. Step 2, close the ballots the very second you announce we're running for president! Step 3, become the president (Again!).' Had been written into the pages of the book in black ink by him as he laughed at the little sketch he had made of himself in the corner of the page, it had been a sketch of him explaining the plan to Tommy, his right hand man, who had a straight face poorly drawn on him.
