𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 [𝗘𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿]

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄: 𝐄𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 glanced down the dusty road of Marley, your back on the wall of your shop. You were looking for the boy who said he would be taking you out tonight so you could show him around- of course this wasn't a date it was a way of saying welcome to Marley.

Your light brown dress flowed in the wind along with your hair. The cool air was refreshing. The weather had seemed to be perfect recently, which was odd for Marley; it either poured rain or was unbearably hot. But for the past couple days the weather had been perfect.

You thought the people from Paradis were lucky for coming at a great time because of the weather, if they had visited Marley during normal weather they would probably stay wherever they were staying and not dare come out. But you had no idea what the weather was like on Paradis, maybe it was calm weather. Like the past days here.

"Y/n!" You turned your head down the street and saw Eren running towards you. A long grey jacket covered him along with black pants and a black shirt. You smiled at him, as you turned your body fully towards him. "Please forgive me, I had to stay back for business." He said huffing air in. You guessed he had run the whole way here.

"Oh no don't worry, I don't mind waiting. The weather is nice today." You smiled reassuringly, earning a smile from Eren. "So where are you showing me first?" You looked over his shoulder and saw the small stands of food and other things.

"How about you taste some other food, other than baked goods." You said, you walked towards him and grabbed his wrist as you kept walking. Eren couldn't help but follow you because of this. Eren looked down at his wrist, your hand lightly grasped around his wrist made him feel safe. Your touch was gentle, just like his mothers.

"Ooo! You should try pizza!" You exclaimed, turning around to see Eren. His eyes fixated on your hand around his wrist. You quickly took note and took your hand off his wrist. "Sorry, I can get pretty touchy sometimes I guess." You laughed nervously bringing your hand up to the nap of your neck and scratching it. Eren looked up at you, he couldn't help but smile softly.

"Oh no I didn't mind, in fact-" Eren grabbed your open hand and intertwined it with his own. Your face became hot like the bakery when your mom would use the oven. Looking at his hand in yours then back at Eren who has a smile on his face.

The light from the sun seemed to hit his face perfectly, his eyes practically glowed in this light along with his brown hair. His hands were soft yet so ruff, just like you imagined fighters hands. But something about his hands made everything around you seem so perfect.

"So what was that food called? Pisa? Pizza?"

"Eren!" You laughed loudly, Eren dipped you down in the middle of the town square where music was being played loudly. Eren hand on your waist and his other hand intertwined with yours. "What don't like to dance?" Eren lifted you up and kept dancing with you with a bounce in his step. A large smile plastered on his face as you looked into his eyes. The town's light posts lit up the ground as the sun began to set, many people in the square of the town dancing along next to you.

"Of course I do!" You smiled, Eren twirled you around. Your dress circled around you before Eren pulled you back in by your waist. "I'm glad you do, because I like dancing with you." You smiled at Eren, enjoying the moment that made you enjoy life. Moments like these.

The music began to dye down as the dance ended, Eren pulling away from you and bowing. You couldn't help but laugh and return his bow with a curtsy. Eren was smiling like an idiot, and you were too. This was one of those moments your mom talked about, the ones where you feel almost like you're on top of the world.
