Humans are, in this world at least, rare. Here's what you need to know. I'll make it brief. Yes there gonna be a backstory with humans involved. "But this is a furry visual nov-" I know. I'm just trying something I've wanted to do for a while now since I am back after a 1 and a half year hiatus.
Context: 1. 70 years ago, in 1951 (humans and anthros were living in harmony, no racism or nothin' don't worry) a disease took the world by storm, which scientists called HCVD (Human Cardiovascular Disease). It was unfortunately untreatable, and the first symptom was Cardiac Arrest (basically people just dropped). Few humans caught HCVD and lived, and by 2021 the human population was down from 3.3 billion (anthros not included, they were created in large numbers to avoid under population) to around 1 million across the earth. All humans are to receive benefits and aid from the government of the country they live in (in this case, Japan) which includes the following: 1. Free Apartment/House (rent paid for, but only for 2 years) 2. Optional Vehicle (you just choose whether you want one or not, though you can change your mind, but not you though. Your dad gave you one.) 3. What would be considered a "good salary" in checks every month, whether you work or not. If you do....well your rich as fuck lol. 4. Free healthca-psyche! Though Japan has one of the greatest healthcare systems in the world, you ain't getting that shit for free. 5. All tuition paid for schooling. Yea I know, it's a lot. But still. ✨special treatment due to endangerment✨
