Lucy's heart raced as she dashed away from Natsu, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. She couldn't believe how easily flustered she became around him, especially when he was being so forward and sincere. She scanned the racks of dresses, trying to distract herself from her racing thoughts.

Natsu chuckled from behind, amused by her reaction. He strolled over to where Lucy was browsing and leaned casually against a nearby rack. "You're really cute when you're all shy, you know?"

Lucy huffed and shot him a playful glare. "Stop teasing me, Natsu. I'm just trying to find a dress that won't make me look like I'm drowning in fabric."

Natsu's eyes twinkled mischievously. "Well, I trust your fashion sense. Pick whatever you like. I'm sure you'll look stunning no matter what."

Lucy rolled her eyes, unable to fight the smile tugging at her lips. "Flattery won't get you out of carrying my shopping bags, you know."

Natsu chuckled again. "Deal. But only if you promise to let me help you choose some dresses too."

Lucy hesitated for a moment before nodding, her smile growing wider. "Alright, but no peeking when I try them on!"

Natsu held up his hand in mock salute. "Scout's honor."

As Lucy started to sift through the dresses again, Natsu's gaze lingered on her for a moment. He marveled at how effortlessly they fell into this easy banter, the comfort between them growing with each passing day. It wasn't just about the romantic gestures or the grand gestures of love; it was these small moments, the shared laughter, and the genuine connection that truly made their relationship special.

"Found anything interesting yet?" Natsu asked, breaking the silence.

Lucy held up a dress, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "What about this one?"

Natsu's eyes lit up as he took in the elegant design. "I think that would look amazing on you. Let's give it a try."

Lucy nodded, and they made their way to the fitting rooms. As Lucy changed into the dress, she couldn't help but feel a rush of nervousness. This was more than just trying on a dress; it was a step closer to the future she and Natsu were planning together.

When she emerged from the fitting room, Natsu's breath caught in his throat. The dress hugged her curves in all the right places, and the intricate lacework added a touch of sophistication. "Wow, Lucy, you look absolutely stunning."

Lucy blushed and twirled around, the dress billowing out around her. "You really think so?"

Natsu stepped closer, his eyes never leaving hers. "I don't think. I know. You're the most beautiful woman in the world."

Lucy's heart fluttered at his words, her self-doubt momentarily forgotten. "Natsu..."

He reached out to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear, his touch sending shivers down her spine. "Lucy, you're more than good enough for me. You're perfect just the way you are."

Tears welled up in Lucy's eyes as she gazed into Natsu's earnest gaze. "Thank you, Natsu. I needed to hear that."

He wiped away a tear with his thumb, his expression softening. "Always remember, you're not just marrying a CEO or a rich man. You're marrying me, the guy who fell in love with your smile, your kindness, and your strength."

Lucy's heart swelled with emotion, and she stepped closer, wrapping her arms around Natsu in a warm hug. "Thank you, Natsu. Your words mean the world to me."

Natsu held her close, his embrace conveying all the reassurance and support he wanted to give. As they stood there, holding each other, they both knew that they were embarking on a beautiful journey together-one that would be filled with challenges, but also with love, understanding, and growth. And through it all, they would be there for each other, facing each day with the strength they found in each other's arms.
