Ch 2: Adventure to Adventure Bay

When Jake and his crew opened their eyes, they were somehow in the middle of who knows where but they didn't recognized the area. "Wh-where are we?" Cubby asked as snuggled close to Peter since he's still sick. "I have no idea Cubby but I think I have a feeling that Neverland and the place that I've been to somehow combined each other into one." Peter Pan admitted as he got up with Cubby in his arms. That's when Jake exclaimed "Where's Bucky!?!" Everyone then looked around but they didn't see the Blue Healer pup in sight but Peter had a feeling that Bucky is probably where he met that kid, in a town called 'Adventure Bay' plus if they need help then that's the place to go. "I got an idea, I think we should start to head to the town where I met that boy that I told you guys in my story." Peter told the crew and Izzy asked "Where does he live?" "In a town called Adventure Bay." Peter replied as the rest of the crew got up from the grass. "Well then, let's start to head to Adventure Bay!" Jake admitted. "Is everybody ready?" Skully asked "I got my- Where's my sword?" Jake answered as he looked around a bit. "We'll find your sword soon Jake, maybe Bucky has it." Peter admitted. "I-i got my map!" Cubby replied as he held up his map. "And I got my pixie dust! With it We'll be able to use it to fly but only for emergencies!" Izzy exclaimed as she held up the sack around her neck. "And I got my pirate crew!" Peter Pan exclaimed and they all said together at the same time "Yo ho let's go!!" And soon the crew started their Adventure to Adventure Bay.

-Meanwhile-

Ryder was walking around Adventure Bay making sure that everything's ok but then he heard a pup whimpering. Ryder's animal owner instincts kicked in and he immediately ran to where he heard the whimpering and he then found a blue Healer pup with a pirate collar, bell pup tag, and a wooden sword in between his front two paws like he's laying down while protecting the sword. "Hello there little pup." Ryder told the pup as he slowly made his way towards it. The pup perked up a bit too excitedly when he heard his voice but when he saw that it was Ryder, his ears went down like he was expecting someone else. "You ok little one? I won't hurt you." Ryder told the pup and the pup whimpered a bit and he put his head down. "You can't talk huh?" Ryder asked and the pup nodded. Ryder felt bad and when he was close to the pup, he started to pet it which made it's tail wagged. "May I see your pup tag so that I can figure out who you belong to?" Ryder asked and the pup let him. Ryder looked at the pup tag and the front of it says Bucky while the back says If found please return to Jake, Izzy, Cubby, or Peter Pan which confused Ryder because he knows a Jake but not Bucky's Jake and he knew that Peter Pan is real but no one would believe him. He then started to smell something stinky and he realized that Bucky smells like a wet dog. "Ok Bucky, until we can find your owners. Let's take you to the pet parlor and give you a bath. You'll love it and you can bring the stick with you since I have a gut feeling that we're going to need to protect it." Ryder told Bucky and Bucky nodded. He then picked up Jake's sword with his mouth and Ryder picked up Bucky. Soon, the two made their way to Katie's pet parlor but he soon learned the hard way that Katie was still wasn't home. The hard way of him learning that was him bumping into the pet Parlor's closed doors and he smacked into it while Bucky jumped out of his arms. "Oh right, Katie's coming home today." Ryder realized when he got off from the ground. He then picked up Bucky and he took him to the lookout, he then told Bucky "I'm going to have to bathe you at the lookout, the other pups are away on patrol so you'll meet them once I cleaned you up. Ok?" Bucky just wagged his tail. Once they were at the lookout and in the bathroom, Ryder had to put the wooden sword in his room for safety. Ryder then bathed Bucky and he started to question on who are Bucky's owners and if they're ok if they're possibly from a different land. The reason why about the different land part is because of the name Peter Pan. Peter Pan is from Neverland and Ryder loved the fairytales about Neverland and the stories about Peter Pan but everyone his age or older told him that Peter Pan isn't real. Ryder knew that Rubble and kids younger also believed in Peter Pan but the rest of the paws didn't believe in Peter Pan. He then hoped that Bucky's owners are ok and hopefully will be happy to be reunited with Bucky.

-Meamwhile with Jake and the crew-

The air started to get cold and Jake was shivering from head to toe. Izzy was ok with the cold and Peter Pan was using his body warmth to keep Cubby warm. Peter Pan was also ok with the cold because of his past that's kinda not meant for kids but anyways, the reason why Izzy was ok with the cold was because of the fairies magic in their pixie dust and how she came from a really cold climate to Neverland. Anyways, Jake was the only one shivering head to toe and Skully noticed. "You ok Jake?" Skully asked and Jake nodded. "I-i'm f-f-f-fine Sk-skully!!!" Jake replied as they continued walking. Jake then started to not feel so well and he can feel the fever forming but he ignored it. Just then, they all started to hear people talking and they went to go investigate it. When they got to the clearing, they saw a bus stop. "That's a bus stop and I think the bus coming to the stop will lead to Adventure Bay." Peter admitted as he stopped flying. "C'mon, let's get to the station so we can hop onto the bus to Adventure Bay." Izzy admitted and the group was soon at the bus stop. Jake looked next to him and he was next to a girl with a Pink stripped dress, blonde hair, light blue eyes, and a grey cat right next to her. Jake didn't know what to do but then the girl noticed him and she couldn't help but think that Jake reminds her so much of a boy that she knows. Izzy decided to strike a conversation and she said "Hello there!" To the girl. "Hi! It's nice to meet you!" The girl replied and the two started to talk. Peter was sitting on the bench with Cubby still in his arms. Jake sat down next to Peter and he layed against Peter before falling asleep. "So, what's your and your kitty's name?" Izzy asked the girl and the girl replied with "I'm Katie, Katie Porter and this is my cat Cali. We're on our way back home to Adventure Bay!" "Adventure Bay?! That's where me and the crew are going to because we don't have a place to go since our home dissappeared." Izzy admitted. "Wait.... I think it combined with the land we're on now because this grew like twice it's size!" Katie admitted and it clicked with Izzy. "That would explain a lot." Izzy admitted. "What's your name?" Katie asked Izzy. "I'm Izzy. Over there are is Peter who has Cubby in his arms and the one next to them is Jake. Our Parrot's name is Skully and those guys are my crew. Well, we're technically Jake's crew and Peter's Pirate crew." Izzy replied and Katie asked "Are you guys good Pirates like you help others and wouldn't steal anything from anyone?" Izzy nodded and then she told Katie "I'm guessing you had a few rub in with bad pirates huh." Katie nodded. "We had a few run in with Sid Swashbuckle and his Pirate pup Arrby." Katie explained and Izzy muttered which Katie heard "Looks like Hook's crew, Captain Le Beak, and a few others aren't the only villains then huh..." "Wait.. You faced bad guys before like the Paw Patrol?" Katie asked and Izzy asked "What's a Paw Patrol and yes we have." "The Paw Patrol is a rescue group that lives in Adventure Bay. My friend Ryder is the leader of it and you have to meet him, maybe he can help you with your situation." Katie admitted and Izzy thanked her for the information. When the bus got to the station, Peter woke up Jake and they all went on the bus but it was three seats on either side of the bus so Izzy, Cali, and Katie sat in the row in front of Cubby, Peter, and Jake. Skully sat down in between Katie and Izzy but Cali noticed Skully and before Cali could attack Skully, he told her "Crackers! Don't you dare eat me, I haven't had a bath today!" Cali and Katie were shocked to hear a Parrot that can talk without intimidating someone who can talk normally. Izzy then told Katie that Skully and the Parrots back in their old home talked normally and Katie asked "So they're like the pups and WildCat in the Paw Patrol?" "If they can talk like Skully then yeah." Izzy replied and Katie admitted "That's so cool! I didn't know other animals are like the paw patrol members!" Izzy couldn't help but giggle. As the bus was moving and during the drive, something happened and the bus started to go off road and before they knew it they were on the tip of the end of the draw bridge and the bridge guy couldn't do anything because of how the bus may get damaged. To make matters worse, one front and back wheel of the bus were popped. Everyone didn't know what to do and those who were asleep were now awake. "We need the paw patrol!" Someone exclaimed and Katie called Ryder. Peter, Jake, Cubby, Izzy, and Skully didn't know what to do but one things for certain is that they're going to meet the paw patrol through a rescue.
