"Come, sit have a cup of tea" Chase led us to his living room
That tent was sooo much bigger when you walk in, Enya said Chase might've used an illusion (which apparently I too can do) to make his giant mansion look like a campsite
The four of us sat on one side of the Awfully long dining table while Chase sat across from us
"It really has been so long baby bro, you've grown so much" Chase said while pouring us some tea and continuing "I have missed you dearly, tell me how have you been?" I simply stared at him
how could I have a brother all these years and not know about him?
all these years of thinking I was alone
That I had no family
And now?
I have three cousins, an aunt, an uncle, a brother and a missing father
I should be happy right?
But something feels....
Wrong
I don't know why or what but I don't feel like I should trust him
Maybe it's just me being paranoid?
Maybe it's my gut feeling?
But something tells me that it's something else
That this isn't just a feeling
That maybe..

A warning?
But what is it warning me of?
"Ethan?" Enya coughed, "You okay, you spaced out there for a minute?" "Y...Yeah I'm fine uh sorry Chase um I've been good I guess?" I answered scratching the back of my neck
"Well that's good, I'm sure your mind is alive with questions so shoot" Chase smiled giving each if us a cup of tea "um okay, why do you live in the giant's causeway?" I asked "I don't usually but a little bird told me you were on your way here and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to be reunited with you, I usually live on the largest of the Aran Islands"
"Do I have any other secret siblings that I don't know about?" Chase laughed "Of course you didn't think I was the only one did you" we all gasped even the triplets were surprised this time
"You...seriously didn't know?" I shook my head and he sighed "Well I guess it makes sense father was never one to share, we have 5 other brothers and 2 sisters, but we aren't exactly related by blood, you see Father had always wanted a big family but none of his lovers were up for it especially since he wanted to start his family young so instead he created 7 of his children through magic and us 2 are the only ones who were naturally conceived" He explained and I was shocked although I still managed to ask
"Wait but dad was like 18 when he had me so how young did he start his family?" Chase once again laughed "Dad was 43 years old when you were born, your mother was 39, you were told they were younger so it would've made sense that they gave you away" great more lies, what's next
"So where are my other siblings?" "Ohh that's a hard question and one I'll have to explain when we're alone" Chase assured and I decided to ask my final question
"Do you know where dad is?" He sighed "I was waiting for that one, okay um dad's in a bit of a predicament to say the least" "elaborate" Doran said "well he was trying to retrieve your mother's sword, you see she was very powerful and when she died her eniemes the áitritheoirí who are stone monster's, took it, the sword has the power to summon demons from hell and angels from heaven, father didn't want it in the wrong hands so he tried to retrieve it
In retaliation the áitritheoirí broke the sword to two pieces, the actual sword which they obtain and the emerald which is actually a mystery about it's where abouts, anyways dad was defeated and imprisoned in a volcano not to far from here-" Chase was interrupted by Doran
"Nice story but all the volcanos in Ireland are extinct" "Or is that what your made to believe, why would this volcano explode if it's job is too keep someone inside?, to keep our dad locked inside, I've been trying to retrieve the sword but I don't exactly look like your mom, while they were her eniemes they also adored her and were mad she fought against them, if they see the chance to make up with her through you, they might just take it
Please Ethan I need your help to save our father, I can't do this without you, come on, it can be like a brother bonding thing, what do you say little bro?" Chase finished and I was on the edge about what to do
Was I ready for this fight?
What if I just got in the way?
I'm new to this can I really help?
Do I really have a choice?
Finding dad was always my goal right?
If I don't help Chase we may never get our dad back
Our mom's sword will forever be in her enemies hands
I finally have a family
I can't let them down
I won't!
