The boys filed into the house, each on their own mission to get showered and into bed, the day having been draining enough as was they had to make sure they were up for an interview rhe next day. Putting their bags at the door they were greeted by a rather angry Aaliyah storming downstairs a straight beeline towards Zabdiel
She shoved a paper into his chest making him stumble back from the unexpected force. He looked at it before looking at Aaliyah. Her test streaked face held an expression of pure anger
"Really Zabdiel? is that how we're going to do it now? You're doing things behind my back?" Aaliyah asked him "Nena i swear i was going to tell you about this" Zabdiel said "When? once we packed? or got the twins settled in? maybe at the house warming!" Aaliyah yelled "Housewarming?" Richard asked "Oh i guess i'm not the only he kept in the dark about this" Aaliyah said stepping back dramatically waving her hands "Bro" Joel trailed off "I know you were thinking of moving but i didn't think so soon" Erick said softly "Guys look i swear i was going to get around to it" Zabdiel tried "YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR THE FUCKING THING" Aaliyah yelled at Zabdiel
Listening from the kitchen Ray winced at the kick her unborn child delivered to the side of her stomach from the noise and her rising anxiety levels. She moved to balance herself on the wall across her when she heard the deadly pop and felt the corresponding wetness. Her eyes widened as she moved to the doorway of the kitchen
"You know what Zabdiel? you can take your shit and move since you enjoy doing things by yourself in this marriage!" Aaliyah snapped at Zabdiel "Guys" Ray started "Nena i was going to tell you" Zabduel tried "WHEN??? WHEN THE FUCK WERE YOU??" Aaliyah said pulling at her hair "Yall" Ray tried again "I was getting around to it!" Zabdiel snapped back "And if i said no? then what?" Aaliyah challenged "GUYS THE BABY IS COMING" Ray yelled as a contraction ripped through her "Not the time Ray" Aaliyah snapped "I honestly wish i was playing" Ray cried sinking down "Mamita" Erick said helping her up to her feet
Erick helped her to the car, as a panicked Chris got the hospital bag from their room. Once he came back they started the car and rushed her to the hospital.
"Okay mamita breathe" Erick said to her "mimick me" "Erick it's too early" Ray said finally letting herself panic "He's a strong little boy okay mamita, his mother is a strong woman" Erick smiled squeezing her hand "I don't know what i would do without you" Ray cried as another contraction ripped through her "Let's go have this baby" Erick said to her
Chris pulled up to the ER, helping Ray into a wheelchair as the others came in behind them in Zabdiel's car. The group waited outside in the waiting room while Erick got scrubbed up and Ray was helped into the operating room. The doctor walked in, opening Ray's legs and confirming she was ready to push
"They're ready to come out" The doctor tried to joke "I just want this demon seed out of me please" Ray yelled feeling the pushing sensation build up "A fiesty one" the doctor said to Erick "You have no idea" Erick said to him "Would you two like to have tea or something?" Ray asked the 2 men "Yes right you may start pushing" He said as Ray finally let it (rip- i'm kidding) go "oh my god" Erick gagged "that's so much blood" "What?" Ray panicked "I'm gonna pass out" Erick said before dropping down
The nurses on standby helped him into a chair and gave him some water while Ray continued to push. 3 minutes later a healthy baby boy had been birthed. As the doctor cut the cord and the baby was whizzed away to be cleaned, Erick was woken up and taken to a tired and sweaty Ray's side
"You did it" Erick said kissing her forehead "We did it" Ray smiled as they handed her her small baby "He seems okay but here's your baby boy Mr and Mrs Colón" He smiled "Kairo Colón, welcome to the world" Ray whispered as he sat on her bare chest
