000.  . . ARIA JAY THORNLEY had never been one to express her emotions properly. If she didn't joke about it nor cry about it in the shower with her knees up to her chest and struggling to breathe, the feelings and thoughts stayed deep in her chest and mind until it began to rot and make her sick. She was a sad girl and Eli Moskowitz figured that out pretty easily even when she pretended she wasn't.

Jay Thornley, who had gone by her middle name the moment her mother had passed, never knew where these saddening emotions came from. Eli Moskowitz thought it was from the passing of her mother but it seemed different after 3 years. He didn't know and if you'd ask, she would never be able to tell you.

000.  . .ELI MOSKOWITZ didnt know why his best friend stayed by his side since the third grade when he had literally ran into her at recess. The bullies had gotten to his head the more he got older and Jay became his knight in shining armor as though he was the one in the tower guarded by a dragon. Well, as much as she could. She may have been a tough girl but she sure was small. She blames her lovely mother for her height.

000.  . .ELI MOSKOWITZ LOVES JAY THORNLEY. And vice versa. Whether that was purely platonic or was a hint romantic, they wouldn't know. They couldn't tell you. But the love was there, and that's all they needed to keep going.
