Things up in the air were getting too dangerous. I flew back down to help Bucky get the trapped civilians out of West View. Monica helped us as well, and she had gotten the same powers like I had; only her magic was blue. "Some family time huh?" she said trying to diffuse the tension. I laughed and nodded, "Yeah, we're originally from New York. We don't know how we ended up here," I told her. "Sounds bizarre, then again nothing is that surprising anymore," we helped Wanda hold the hex open and while people frantically ran away. "I agree," I acknowledged. "I'm Sadie Barnes," I introduced myself. "Monica Rambeau, nice to meet you," she replied. "You're married to Bucky Barnes, right?" she observed. "Yes, we just celebrated our seven year wedding anniversary," I smiled at Bucky. "Best seven years of my life," Bucky gave me a quick kiss on the cheek. Monica smiled, "Congratulations to the happy couple, your son is adorable by the way," "Thank you," Bucky and I said at the same time. "He gets Sadie's beautiful green eyes," he flirted with me. I blushed, "Well, he gets Bucky's handsomeness and sweetness," flirting with my husband was always fun. We shared a kiss, and like we expected, Anthony groaned, "Do you guys have to kiss every five minutes?"

"Yes, it's because I love your mother so much," Bucky told him. I looked at him with a glowing face, "Awww, Bucky, I love you always and forever," reminding him of our wedding vows we made in Wakanda. "What an adorable family," Monica complimented. "Thanks," I then realized a tragedy she was dealing with. "I'm really sorry about your mom," I gave my condolences. "Thank you, the worst part is I disappeared in the Blip when that happened," she recalled sadly. "I can imagine how awful that must feel," I reached for Bucky's hand and leaned my head against his shoulder. Losing Bucky among lots of my friends to the Blip was the worst feeling in the entire world. That experience taught me to cherish every moment and hold onto loved ones. "Thanos didn't have a valid reason to fight, that's what makes us stronger," I had never forgotten the advice Okoye gave me in Wakanda.

Suddenly, Wanda came walking up to us, she was wearing a green jacket with the hood up, she looked emotionless; like she didn't know what to feel. "Where's your family?" Monica asked curiously. "I let them go, I let them all go," her Sokovian accent was back. "I'm sorry," Monica said sympathetically. "Thank you, I'm sorry too," she looked at all of us with pain. "I'm sorry to all of you, for all the pain I've caused. You have every right to hate me," she said with sadness. "We don't hate you, Wanda," I assured her. "What are you going to do now?" Bucky asked. "I need to get away for a while, a lot of people are looking for me," she told us. "We'll keep your whereabouts a secret," Bucky promised her. She smiled, "Thank you," she flew away towards the mountains.

Bucky and I went back to New York with Anthony to live a quiet life. We still don't know how we got to West View, and why, but this whole experience strengthened our marriage and our family. Another adventure was about to begin.
