Scarlett's POV
"I'm so excited yet nervous" Blair whispered into my ear as we walked behind Alejandro and Acacias
They would get greeted everywhere they walk well I mean he is the King
"You'll be fine" I whispered back
She let out a sigh and smiled and brightly
Once we arrived at the diner you can see Blair practically sweating everywhere
"Before we order I have something to give you Alejandro," Blair said turning to face Alejandro who was next to her
"What is it princess," he said smiling and bring her into a tight hug
"Scarlett will you do the honors," Blair said practically jumping out of her chair
I smiled widely
"resurge," I said extending my hand towards Alejandro
A red gift bag appeared in front of him and he looked confused for a second and continued to open it Acacias draped his arm on my shoulder and I leaned on him with the biggest smile
Like my face hurts
Alejandro pulls out a baby shirt and looks over at Blair hella confused
"Turn it over dumbass" Acacias said chuckling
Alejandro turns it over and his mouth practically drops to the floor
"Stop don't joke around," Alejandro said looking at Blair then at me
"She's not you're gonna be a dad," I said with jazz hands
"You better make us the godparents, that's an order," Acacias said sarcastically
"Ima be a dad," Alejandro said with his hand over Blair's belly
"Ima be a mom," Blair said looking at Alejandro with a wide smile
"They are so cute," I said looking over at Acacias who was drinking his water
"Give me a baby," I said whispering into his ear
He chocked on his water and I laughed out loud and patted his back
"Don't die on me yet you owe me" he looked at me with a smile
"Oh uh we also wanted to talk to you guys," Alejandro said shifting uncontrollably in his chair
Acacias also fixed his posture
"What's wrong," Blair said looking at both of them
Why are they acting weird
"So uh as you know we had a meeting with the rest of the Leaders and whatever they don't think," Alejandro said then stopped talking and gulped
"Don't think what?" Blair asked confusedly
"They don't think that a witch is fit for the role of Queen of Vampires and wolves they said it's just not gonna work," Acacias said sighing
"But we think we should proceed with the merge" Alejandro added on
I pulled away from Acacias
They still wanna go through with the merge what the heck.
"What are you talking about they don't see me fit as Queen what's going to stop them from hurting my witches and warlocks even if we merge," I said looking at Alejandro and Acacias
"We will set new rules and I'll make sure everyone follows through with it, " Acacias said facing me
He sighed lowly then cupped my face with his hands
"The merge is just to show that you are more than fit for Queen and if that doesn't work I'll ripe out their spines and pick more compliant leaders," Acacias said as he drew circles on my cheek
"I will hurt anyone who hurts my witches and warlocks because unlike your wolves and vamps, they don't question their leader's choices- no offense," I said pulling away from Acacias then sat closer to him
"Great we can get Lenna our event planner-"
"And Lexi she will kill us if she finds out there is an event that she wasn't able to help plan," Blair said cutting Alejandro off
"I'll make sure everything goes smoothly," Blair said leaning back into her chair
"No you are going to lay back I'll take care of everything and Xavier will take over your duties and I'll make sure he complies or I will make his run laps around the house," I said rubbing my temple at the thought of Xavier just talking away
"Oh that's great he HATES running," Blair says laughing
"We have to take a lot of precautions this event will bring a lot of attention we can't have any slip-ups we still have a demon on the loose," I said sighing
The rest of the night we talked a bit about the merge but the rest was just Alejandro saying how he doesn't bob the builder and how he is going to be a cool dad
I decided to stay at Acacias's house instead of going home mostly because I feel so full that I think I might explode
We pulled up to Acacias's house after dropping off Blair and Alejandro
"Carry me please I'm a walking time bomb," I said to Acacias as soon as he put the car in park
He laughed at me then in a flash he was at my door opening it and carrying me in then practically teleported to the bed and dropped me onto the bed
"Am I food high or did you just teleport?" I said hugging a pillow that smelt like Acacias
"No, I can run super-fast remember," He said getting on the bed and hovering over me
"You are not as fast as me," I said pushing him off and teleporting on top of him
"You are fast," he said chuckling
"Mhm I can teleport unlike you," I said smiling then leaning down to kiss him
I pulled away and we looked at each other with smiles on our faces admiring each other
"Do you want the merge to happen?" he asked softly
"I like how our lives have been the past three Ish months and yes this merge will change things but if that means I can spend time with you then so be it," I said collapsing over him and hugging him tightly
"I can't wait to have you in my arms every night" he whispered to me as he drifted off to sleep
This man didn't even change out of his clothes I got out of bed and saw him roll over onto his stomach and continued to sleep peacefully I smiled at him
I grabbed one of his shirts that fit me like a dress and put it on turned off the lights and crawled into bed next to him
Suddenly I felt hands on my neck choking me
"Happiness isn't forever I will kill Acacias and everyone holding you to this mortal realm you will come home! a little blood sacrifice will give your father the chance to get you back," Abaddon said
I couldn't quite see him, he is more of a force
Then he was gone and I was able to breathe I sat up and breathing heavily and looked over at Acacias who was sleeping peacefully
I stayed up all night just thinking over what he said
He's going to keep everyone holding me back in this mortal realm
'A little blood sacrifice will give your father the chance to get you back what the hell does that mean
What does that demon have in mind
