NATALIA POV
"you can't just leave!" Ariel exclaimed after I told them the situation.
"Jason wouldn't want you to get into this mess with him." Erika crossed her arms over her chest.
"It doesn't matter." I stared down at my feet.
Alyssa was the only one who was silent. surprisingly she understood why I was doing this.
"It doesn't matter?!' Ariel screamed.
I stared at her in shock. so did Erika.
We'd never seen her freak like this before.
"Ariel this isn't your life. let Natalia do what she thinks is right."
Alyssa said in my defence.
Ariel glowered at her. "since when do you care what happens?! do you think that you can just come into her life all of a sudden and pretend to care? Unlike you, I'm actually her friend and have stuck by her for a long time!" Ariel looked ready to whack Alyssa upside the head.
Erika noticed too and stood half in front of her.
Alyssa looked shocked and stared down at her hands.
"Quit your arguing. I don't want to hear it right now!" I exclaimed. "is anyone coming?"
"No." Ariel said.
Erika said nothing.
"I'll come." Alyssa grabbed my hand. "we'll get through this together." she smiled at me and then turned and glared at Ariel.
Ariel flipped her off and turned on her heel and stomped off.
"Thank you." I whispered and glanced at Erika. "you better stay with her." I nodded in the direction Ariel went off to.
Erika nodded slowly and gave me a hug. "Be careful."
"I will."
She pulled away and followed Ariel.
I glanced at Alyssa. "well?"
"Lets get packing." she said.
