Summary: Legends tell of the renowned D clan, supposedly decimated centuries ago. Strong and nearly impossible to defeat, the clan was made up almost entirely of people with wings. When Donflamingo finds that not all Ds left are wingless like the Tenryūbito claim, he sets his eyes on exotic new pets. His brother Corazon will do all he can to stop him and save the four Ds that he found.
My Summary: Sabo is a D and some Ds have wings and some don't but Law, Ace, Sabo, and Luffy all are winged Ds even if Sabo's noble parents cut his wings off. Law and Corazon escaped from Doflamingo to a small uninhibited island and Law wasn't given the Ope Ope no Mi to cure his amber lead poisoning. They meet the ASL Trio after they escape from Doflamingo as well and become a small family. Short and sweet read about the LASL winged brotherhood with Corazon acting like the father of the brothers. Sequel is called Diamond Stratosphere.
