(Y/N)'s POV:
"Okay, ladies and gentlemen! How'd it go? Did anyone discover any interesting new anything!?" Taka asked.
All of the remaining students were now inside of the dining room.
"There's a library!" Hifumi said.
"And a pool! A freakin' pool! And locker rooms filled with exercise equipment!" Hina adds.
"There was not, however, anything resembling an escape route." Sakura says.
"Well hey, there's no reason to get all sulky! Wait till you hear about my amazing discovery! The warehouse and bathhouse on the 1st floor of the dorms are now open! And the warehouse is chock-full if food, clothes, whatever you want. There's so much it's insane! So go ahead and stuff yourself to the gills whenever you feel like! Ha-ha-ha!" Taka laughed.
"Keep in mind, of course, that going out at nighttime is still prohibited. Please do not forget..." Celeste said.
"Okay, and what about a fuckin' way out of here? You find anything like that?" Mondo asked.
Taka began to sweat. "Oh, well...umm..."
"There wasn't anything in the warehouse we could use to get our asses outta here? Nothin'?" Mondo asked again, clearly becoming more irritated.
"U-Unfortunately, no...not that I saw..." Taka replied.
"You fuckin' people... Who gives a shit if we have a goddamn pool now!? Or a warehouse, or whatever the fuck! We're still trapped in this piece of shit school! We need to find a goddamn way OUT!" Mondo shouted.
"Now, now. There is no point in taking your anger out on us. Adaptation is key, yes? For now we must each find a way to enjoy our current situation." Celeste says.
"Whatever you say, ya fuckin' loon..." Mondo muttered. His anger seemed to be dying down.
"For now, let's just continue our investigation, and let everyone know if you should discover something." Taka said.
"So, are we done for today?" Saki asked.
"W-Well...yeah, I guess so." Taka replied.
The air seemed to grow heavy again. Was this the mastermind's plan? To give us hope, just to turn around and betray that hope...? We all then began to exit the dining room and head to our dorms. As soon as I closed my dorm room the familiar chiming of the bell goes off. 'Ding dong, bing bong'. My monitor turns on and Monokuma comes onto the screen.
"Mm, ahem, this is a school announcement. It is now 10 p.m. As such, it is officially nighttime. Soon the doors to the dining hall will be locked, and entry at that point is strictly prohibited. Okay then...sweet dreams, everyone! Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite..." With that, the monitor shut off.
We all promised not to leave our dorms during nighttime... Since there wasn't anything else to do I decided to try and go to sleep.
'Ding dong, bing bong'.
"Good morning, everyone! It is now 7 a.m. and nighttime is officially over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day! Oh, that's right! I wanted to let you know that your e-Handbooks have been updated! New regulations have been added, so please take a look and enjoy your school life more than ever before!" The monitor then shut off.
The new rule has been added to the Regulations menu.
"He must be referring to yesterday... "Loaning your e-Handbook to another student is strictly prohibited." I thought.
