(Y/n)'s POV
"Good morning!"
I jolt awake at the greeting I don't even remember falling asleep last night, but that doesn't matter right now. I blinked a couple of times, trying to calm my racing heart as well as allowing my eyes to adjust to the light.
"Who-"
I cut myself off with a scream of surprise as I see Monokuma standing right there. I quickly throw the blanket off of my body and jump up to my feet. I grab my pillow and throw it at Monokuma, knocking the stupid bear over.
"Hey! Violence against the Headmaster is stickup prohibited!" He shouted at me.
"I just threw a pillow at you! That isn't violent!" I shout back in defense. "And what the hell are you doing in my room?!" I ask.
Monokuma huffed and stood back up.
"I wanted to spice things up! So I came to wake you all up, instead of the usual morning announcement!" He exclaimed, his mood changing almost instantly.
"Why though?" I ask.
Monokuma put his paws over his mouth, giggling like an excited child. "Because it's fun!"
I sighed in annoyance.
"Well I'm clearly awake so you can leave now." I say.
Monokuma shook his head.
"Nope! I have something to tell you and it's very important." He said.
"Spit it out then." I grumble.
Monokuma then started to giggle again, although it sounded more creepy this time.
"Something happened last night to one of your best buds. Something terrible!" He exclaimed.
My blood ran cold and I tensed up.
"Wh-What do you mean?! WHO!?" I shouted.
Monokuma just giggled more before leaving my room. It was silent. All I could hear was the beating of my own heart which I thought had stopped moments before. A wave of panic crashed onto me and I immediately ran to my door and left my room, sprinting to the dining hall.
When I entered Hina, Sakura, Yasuhiro, Byakuya and NAOMI! I ran towards my black haired friend, quickly throwing my arms around her in a tight embrace. She seemed surprised but returned the tight hug. I guess she was happy that I was okay.
"I'm so glad you're okay." I muttered quietly.
"I'm glad you're save too." She mumbled back.
The sound of the doors opening again cause us to separate from the hug and turn to see who had entered.
"Ah, Makoto! Saki!" Hina said.
Makoto and Saki were walking inside the dining hall together, Saki was very pale while Makoto looked sick with worry.
"Are you guys okay?" Yasuhiro asked them.
"Did Monokuma talk to the two of you, too?" Sakura asked, her arms crossed.
"I'm glad you're both okay." I said, giving them both a small smile.
"I'm glad too." Naomi said.
Makoto looked around at the small group.
"Hiro, Hina, Sakura, Naomi, (Y/n), and..." Makoto trailed off as his eyes landed on Byakuya.
The blonde didn't say anything, just kept looking off to the side. Not even bothering to greet them.
"Byakuya..." He finished.
"You're the only ones here? Where's everyone else?" Saki asked, clearly worried and quite shaken.
