"Keith, Kyra! Agh- We need more help here!" Pidge cried. She was too busy avoiding being shot from the cruiser to help them, their Lions now falling quickly towards the ground.

Next thing they knew, with a crash, they had hit the ground. Their bodies were forced forward, and their heads hit the controls of their Lions so badly that it cracked their helmets. They were both out of breath and suddenly very sore. After a few moments of collecting himself, Keith raised his head.

"Red?.." He said weakly. His Lion didn't respond, in fact it didn't react or turn on at all. "Guys? Pidge, Kyra, Shiro?!"

Through the comms he heard varied amounts of static along with vague shouts he couldn't understand. He slid his helmet off his head, squinting at it. A large crack ran right down the middle of it. These suits were strong stuff. He must have hit his head horribly hard on impact. With a sigh, he left it behind before climbing out of his Lion. Then he realised something he wished had before. He hadn't heard anything from Kyra.
