"Ah, Father, Mother wanted to speak with you, she said to meet her at Knowledge Towers 167th floor" Neo said when Y/N entered the throne room, he nodded and gave her a head pat (fan service) before making a gate to the bottom of the tower
The second he stepped out he was swarmed by a crowd of kids in magician robes, each of them started bombarding him with questions such as 'Who are you' and 'what tier can you cast to', all in all, it was very cute
"There you went, what are you all doing- Lord Y/N! It's a pleasure to see you again after all this time" A female in red robes said as she fell into a kneeling position, dirtying her robes. Y/N thought he had seen her before but couldn't quite place his finger on it

'Hmm, let's see, red hair, does fire magic by the looks of the robes, been a long time she said...AH!' "It is good to see you again as well Nemu, it seems that you are doing well, oh, and you may stand" he said kindly
She followed his instructions and dusted off the dirt from her robes before standing ramrod straight and answering "Yes milord, I have taken to teaching the newer generations magic, we were on a school trip to the infinite library earlier and are now heading back to class"
Y/N nodded and gave her a smile "Well done, I am proud of you. I am interested though, what tier can you cast up to now?", she gained a proud look "In normal elemental spells I can cast to the 6th tier, and with fire spell up to the 8th"
He nodded in approval before clapping his hands and turning to look at the young ones "And that kids, is why you study hard, because if you do well, you shall gain power and respect," he turned back to Nemu "Such as your teacher here, anyway, I must be on my way, tell your sister I say hello" and he then walked into the tower
The receptionist behind the desk looked up from the book he was reading and jumped to attention while bowing "Welcome Lord Y/N, how may we assist you today?" he asked, Y/N just waved him off with a kind smile, he had quite a soft spot for this village apparently
"I am just coming to meet my wife, she is in the 167th floor, so I will be on my way" He then stepped into one of the magic elevators and waited as the magic floor slowly started to rise while playing some classical music, apparently Crom had added speakers to the lifts
The elevator eventually stopped on the 217th floor after 20 minutes of moving, the downside of having an unlimited amount of books is that you have a near-infinite amount of floors and when it was forbidden to use magic outside the testing grounds inside the building it lead to some tong waits
"If I remember correctly, floor 600 to 699 were all books about alternate worlds," Y/N say as he walks past a shelf and grabs a random book and started reading 'Hm, female ship girl aliens attacking earth? Might go visit that and help humanity soon"
He placed the book on an empty shelf that quickly dropped the book backwards and moved it back to its original place where he had grabbed it from. And so Y/N continued to grab random books off different shelves, read them and then place them on one of the many empty bookcases
He finally reached the inner library of the 617th which housed all the books about worlds that may be linked to the one they were in now, and in typical Knowledge tower-style it was all decorated in gold

"I'm starting to wonder if Gilgamesh is related to Crom in some way or form" He said and was answered by a beautiful laugh that only one person had so he continued into the room with a smile before sitting down and turning to Salem who had a black cover book in her hand
"That is probably too in some way," she said with a smile in return to his own "How have you been dear?", "I have been fine Salem, though I will admit I am slightly sad I haven't seen you as of late" Y/N said as he summoned a glass of Grimm Whine
Only to have it snatched out his hand by Salem, who held a disappointed look at him before pointing at a sign on the wall that was one of the few banes of his existence alongside paperwork

He glared at the sign for a solid minute before Salem coughed into her hand to gain his attention "Well, now that you're done glaring at a piece of paper, I can get on to why I asked for you to meet me here" She said
Y/N made a 'go on' motion with his hand as he waited for her to speak, Salem took a deep breath before closing the book in her hand and showing to him, it took him a second to realise she wanted him to read the cover
So he took the book from her hand and read over the 7 letters that were written in red ink on the hard covered book, 7 letters that made no sense as to why they were important to him so he looked at Salem for an answer
She once again took a deep breath before looking him in the eyes and explaining what she wanted
"I'm thinking of taking a break the planet called Remnant" she said
