Chapter 29

*3 weeks later* 

Rosie, along with everyone else had gotten used to the fact that she was Steve's half-sister and not his full-blood sister. In fact, Steve and Rosie were closer than ever now. Everyone was at the avengers tower, even Carol. 

"Where's Thanos?" Asked Tony 

"We don't know, he opened a portal and walked through" Said Steve, Tony looked at Thor 

"What's wrong with him?" Asked Tony 

"He's pissed. He feels like he failed, which of course, he did" Said Rocket 

"Honestly at this exact second, i thought you were build-a-bear" Said tony 

"Maybe I am" Said Rocket 

"We've been hunting Thanos for 3 weeks now. We done space scans and satellites, and we got nothing" Said Steve

"Maybe we aren't trying hard enough. You say he walked through a portal. It had to take him somewhere, i teleport and go through portals, i always end up somewhere."  Said Rosie 

"Tony faught him" Said Steve 

"Who told you that? No, i didn't fight him, he through the earth at my face and was beat by a magician," Said  Tony, "There was no fight."

"Ok. Did he give you any clues or coordinates, anything?" Said Steve 

"Pfft. I saw this coming a few years back" Said Tony, "It came from Vision and I didn't believe him" 

"Tony, I need you to focus" Said steve 

"And I needed you. As in past tense, that tramps what you need" Said Tony

"Sorry" Said Steve, Tony smacked the cup on the table, making a loud clatter 

"You know what I need, I need to shave" Said Tony, "And I believe remembering telling you he was alive." 

"Tony, Tony, Tony" Said Steve, Tony was getting out of hand 

"And otherwise, what we needed was a suit of armor around the earth, remember that? Whether it impacted our precious freedoms, or not" Said Tony, "That's what we needed" 

"Tony, you're getting out of hand. Maybe you should take a seat" Said Rosie, Tony ignored Rosie 

"Well that didn't work out, did it?" Asked Steve 

"Steve." Said Rosie, 

"I'd say we'd lose. You said, we'd do that together too, and guess what, cap... We lost, but you weren't there. " Said Tony, "But that's what be do, right? Our best work after the fact. Are we the Avengers, avengers, not the pre-vengers?" Rhodey was trying to calm down Tony 

"Right?" Asked Tony 

"Ok, Ok. You made your point" Said Rhodey, he was still trying to calm him 

"You know what? She's great" Said Tony, pointing to Carol, "We need you, you're new blood" 

"Tony, stop" Said Rosie 

"We're a bunch of tired old mills, I got nothing for you, cap. No coordinates, no clues, no strategies, we have nothing, zero, zip, nada. No trust, liar" Said Tony, he walked up to Steve and ripped his metal heart from his chest and gave it to steve 

"Here take this, you find him, you put that on, and you hide" Said tony, here's taking heavy breaths, then he fell over 

"Tony!" Said Rhodey and Rosie 

"Im fine" Said Tony, he grunted then he fell over
